Excelente experiencia, fui atendido por Karen, realmente tuvo el tiempo y la paciencia para asesorarme y ver que armazones encajaban de acuerdo a mi rostro, cuando se terminó eso, me explicó respecto a los diferentes lentes o lunas, su valor. Para que tengas una referencia unos lentes (armazones y lentes con transición) puede costar $195 y unos normales contra luz azul y el armazón por $145 sin el examen visual que ronda los $95. Grata experiencia, 100% recomendado

My whole experience at Warby Parker was great today. I was greeted by a super friendly associate and also saw him in the elevator after my appointment and he offered to answer the questions I had. Tyler was great and so patient as I tried to figure out if I wanted medium or wide frames! He gave me his opinions as if they were as important to him as they were to me (and I asked for a million of them). Thank you! Dr. Leslie Park was also incredible and was patient with answering my many questions about having to get glasses for the first time. Lastly, the gentleman that took my first eye exam upstairs was incredibly kind and welcoming (apologies for not getting his name!) As someone who was nervous to go to the eye doctor for my first eye exam in 25 years, the Warby Parker team exceeded my expectations!

I’ve been thinking about getting my glasses from WP for a while and finally decided to make that appointment. The process was quick and easy, I got a next day appointment and I wasn’t disappointed. Saturday afternoon worked great, we arrived a few minutes before just to look at the frames.

Matt greeted us immediately upon arrival, the store is beautiful. He checked us in and kept us informed until we were called up to the doctor. There is a well conditioned waiting room upstairs. The Dr was also very pleasant and informative.

The frames are good, they range between 95-145( the ones I looked at). They more or less look the same, stylish and modern. Call first to make sure they take your insurance, if they don’t the consultation is $95.

Overall pleased with the service and will definitely recommend to friends and family. The glasses are supposed to be delivered to me in 14 days! ? ETA: Glasses were delivered in 5 days! ⭐️

They have very good policies about scratches and damage, that can be replaced at any of their stores within 6 months. They also have an ongoing promotion when you buy 2 pairs of glasses.

I appreciate them being open and upfront about costs and not pushing extras too hard.

I recently visited Warby Parker for an eye exam and ordered two pairs of glasses. The store manager, Rachel, was fantastic—she helped me pick out the perfect glasses and set up my appointment seamlessly. During my eye exam, the doctor was very kind and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. The entire team was super helpful, making the whole experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Warby Parker at Rockefeller Center to my friends!

Overall, I was happy with my initial experience of eye exam and getting glasses that fit and looked nice. But then some time later they broke while I was playing volleyball. So I called customer support that said the frame could be replaced, but the lens would also have to be replaced as well. That seemed unnecessary, but I was told it’s called a lens replacement and I could get a new pair within a day. However, when I went to this location I was told legally they couldn’t do it, because the prescription Warby gave me had expired and I can’t get new glasses without a new one (even though my lenses are fine it’s just the frame that’s broken). I left with no help, no new glasses, and frustration in needing to find and new eye place :/

オーダー時はスタッフのサービスも良くスムーズで良い店だと思いました。

しかし、問題なのはその後です。
処方箋を提出した後、メールのやり取りが何度も、何度も、何度も……必要でした。
しかも毎回、担当者が異なり、同じ質問を繰り返されました。

メールに加えて、電話が欲しいという事だったので、何度も電話をしましたが、電話に出てくれませんでした。
仕方なく再度、店舗に行き対応しましたが、それでも尚、手続きが足りないという事で後日メールが来て、また何度も、何度も、何度も……メールをする事になりました。
そして、また同じ質問を繰り返されました。

眼鏡が手元に届くのかとても不安になりました。
結果的に、注文と処方箋を提出してから、約1ヶ月経過して郵送で届きました。

無事手元に届いた点は良かったですが、あまりにもお粗末なスタッフの対応に呆れました。

店舗でのスタッフのサービスは良いですが、そこからのオペレーションがお粗末すぎるので、組織として何らかの問題があるように思います。

私は2度とこのお店で購入する事はないでしょう。残念です。
