I had a great experience here for my eye exam and purchasing my new glasses and contacts. The doctor and her assistant were very friendly and helpful and provided clarity on all my questions. The exam was quick and she explained the changes in my vision to me. I was helped by Bobby when I was picking out my glasses and they were very nice and helpful with picking out my glasses. I really don’t enjoy going to new doctors but the process here was a breeze and I will be coming back for an annual exam

I made an appointment for today at the location on Newbury Street and was called by Sage who told me that my eye exam will cost me up to 130$ and was quite frankly rude with her tone of voice. I mentioned on the website it says 85$ she said well it will be 95$ and we do not accept student insurance again in very rude tone of voice. I decided to cancel my appointment to really just not have to deal with ppl like her. No need to be rude to ppl you don’t know Sage. Sage yourself a little bit. I had heard great things about Warby and you just ruined a first impression. A little more training on outbound calling would be lovely.

Warby Parker is great! The staff at this location was extremely helpful and attentive and answered all of my questions. They were able to help me find the perfect pair of glasses! I will definitely be coming back here!

I had an excellent experience getting my first Warby Parker eye exam at this location. The process was so efficient and felt more relaxed than other eye exams I've had. I then got to browse frames and purchase two new pairs of glasses, and I received top notch service. Special shoutout to Felix for being absolutely incredible - the perfect balance of attentive and knowledgeable, yet comfortably hand-off while I explored. I will absolutely be returning to this location for future eye exams and glasses.

Contact lenses sold as monthlies arrive in a package that says “daily wear only.” Impossible to get clarification from the store as if they don’t know what they are shipping. Also the same exact order for a monthly lens came the first time as a two pair, then (same order) as one pair. No idea how to get the store to respond. It is almost as if they are literally not responsible for knowing any of the details about their suppliers.

went to warby on newbury street to adjust the 2 sets of frames I received in the mail. all 3 employees were helping customers so I sat patiently on a stool. another customer comes in and one of the employees greets them and says they’ll be with them in a second. for context I am wearing one of the warby frames I received in the mail, so it’s pretty clear I’m a customer, not that it matters. I ended up having to go up to them and ask (rather abruptly if I’m being honest) for assistance. only then was my issue solved. anyway, not the end of the world but definitely a teachable moment to not waste folks’ time. it’s a tiny store, I know they saw me.

I can’t recommend this location enough! Dr.Martin went above and beyond for my eye health needs. My symptoms were not looking great and she made me feel so comfortable with my next steps. Since I needed new contacts and two new pairs of glasses, I headed downstairs to work with Crisstal.

Crisstal was THE BEST. She made me feel so at ease, no pressure and gave me honest feedback with so many choices in front of me. I took forever as I normally do when picking out new frames and she was so pleasant to work with (thank you for handling my indecision so well!) 5 STAR experience the entire way through - beginning to end! She was also funny and seemed to genuinely care about how I was planning out finances! (Get it girl— you saved me today!)

I met Vee towards the end of my visit and he was fantastic too! Gave me great/honest opinions on frames to support my final decision. I hope I see Crisstal and Vee again in this store again!

As someone who works in customer service every day, I was so so impressed! I will be back 🙂
