I don’t typically leave reviews, which I know is how most reviews start but I’ve only had a great experience each time I’m here. I genuinely appreciate the fact the people who work here are honest in their opinions when I’m not sure what I like. They take the time to ask me questions and talk to me in order to make sure I have the best time possible. They have gone out of their way to give me the best service and it’s obvious they enjoy their jobs which goes a long way in getting great service.

If you want to check out Warby Parker, I highly recommend this location.

Amazing staff, Stephanie was very helpful, glasses were also very affordable and we can’t wait to receive our glasses! Stephanie went above and beyond to help us pick our glasses. She has an exceptional customer service, we are so impressed by her expertise and warmth. She took her time explaining to us everything we needed to know about our glasses and insurance coverage. We’ve bought from Warby Parker in the past but only online. Coming to this store was such a treat! The staff were all very kind and attentive. The staff member, Irving, was awesome - super helpful and personable! We highly recommend this place.

By far the best Warby in LA! Exam was quick and easy, the doctor and staff are amazing and helped me pick out the cutest funkiest frames I've ever seen. Price point was great, $145 with blue blocker. No hassle, no gimmicks, just good vibes and good people.

Stephanie initially was helping me in getting a resolution for a pair of warby parker glasses i had from a long time ago and never got to use, due to them never getting corrected from the lab. Even though its been a while, she helped me with some options for a solution in just getting a new pair without having to front the entire cost of a new pair, i also was given some options for correction of the original lenses as well… that way i had the opportunity to decide what would work best for me, and of course she offered some suggestions/advise as well.

The entire team helped me with styling of new frames, and were very patient with my indecisiveness in selecting frames, since i know i have to literally live with them everyday lol. Overall good experience.

I was really impressed with the friendly service and assistance I got when visiting Warby Parker. I had an idea of what I wanted but after a few try ons felt discouraged. Stephanie was really patient and helpful pivoting based on my likes and dislikes. I needed glasses to go over my contacts as my work space now faces the sun and my eyes have been experiencing fatigue staring at the computer screen. She was so knowledgeable about the product and gave recommendations that really helped me arrive at a decision. I’m really grateful as I could’ve done this online but being in person really built confidence in the glasses I purchased. Thank you Stephanie for going above and beyond.
