I’ve ordered glasses online before but wanted to make sure the frame and lenses I chose aligned with my my progressive prescription, so was looking for an in-person experience. I found frames I wanted to try online and was greeted and assisted by Eva. She welcomed me right away and offered her help, knew exactly what I was looking for and where to find it. She walked me through the rest of the process so easily and pleasantly! It was so seamless. She found my insurance and explained what my out of pocket cost would be and just made the entire process simple. Great experience!

I’ve been a WP customer for many years. I’ve been very happy with everything over the years. This is the best WP retail location I’ve ever visited, the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The exam tech, Gabby, was a real gem. Her attitude was always top notch, her willingness to discuss different contact options, and conversation was always great. Thoroughly enjoyed working with them to get my new contact prescription and i am looking forward to working with them all again in the future.

Upon my 1st visit to Warby Parker at Fenton I was greeted by Dennis. He was so pleasant and helpful. I did order a pair of glasses and I'm so glad I did! After getting my new glasses I needed to have them adjusted! This staff and store are amazing! Thank you !

What an amazing experience! The personnel in this store is not only warm and nice, but super knowledgeable and helpful. Huge shout out to Dennis, who had a ton of patience with me and my wife since both were buying glasses for the first time and needed a lot guidance. Dennis made our day with his kindness and support. For context, we went to the Warby Parker at South Point first and left because of their terrible, borderline hostile, treatment, and drove all the way to Fenton. We are so glad we did because it was the opposite experience and we ended up buying three pairs of glasses, so if you are in the area skip South point and go directly to Fenton.

Great selection of glasses and wonderful customer service. I have trouble finding stylish glasses that are a reasonable price. I found a cute pair that fits perfectly. I will definitely go back there again!

I went in to get my glasses adjusted by Dennis and I just had such a great experience. I ordered glasses that came in the mail and they just didn’t look right - almost like it was the wrong prescription. Dennis checked them to confirm the right prescription and everything checked out technically but they just didn’t look right. Thankfully Dennis thought to actually adjust the frames so they were more flat on my face than curved and that fixed everything!
