The gentleman assisting me, Christopher “Chris,” was fantastic. I came in alone, on my lunch break, and he kindly helped me with picking out my perfect prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses. I appreciated his time and help. I am super pleased with having a store so close by to go in and try on styles. The frames I came into try on ended up not being what I actually liked, so I was happy to have other options to try on in person. Store was very clean, organized, and easy to navigate with pricing listed effectively. Thank you Warby Parker! I can’t wait until my order arrives!

I went to our local store to look at frames and find out if they accepted insurance. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and waited on. I showed the gentleman the frames I was intrested in on my phone and he went straight to the shelf and brought them to the table. I tried on several different pair and he gave his opinion on what style and color he thought worked best with the shape of my face. I told him him what my last prescription was and he said that they could do the exact same. I highly recommend visiting the store.

Love coming here! The store front is beautiful and the glasses are conveniently categorized along the wall. Customer service is excellent and they try to make your purchase as easy and streamlined as possible. There is always a nice range of fashionable frames at a wonderful price point.

We had a great experience. I wanted a specific type of frame and our associate was able to find it online and order it for me. He was professional yet personable. Informative but not pushy. Great experience and great prices compared to our eye doctor’s prices for frames and lenses.

Great experience! Relaxed environment, super friendly staff. Even though they couldn't accept my insurance, my cost was lower than going through my optometrist and using my benefits! And the frame options were so much better! Will definitely be going back!

I really enjoyed my experience at Warby Parker. The store had good clean open space, wasn’t cluttered. The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable, and the selection was great. Staff member named Tiffany help me pick my frames. I told her what I wanted and she immediately gave me a few options. Tiffany was also helpful about what looked good on me. She gave me the honest pros and cons about each pair that I tried on, without being a rude pushy saleswoman.
They had a great variety of frames to choose from with great styles and prices . My visit overall was quick and seamless. I purchased two frames and I’m going back to get my son a pair as well.

So cool being able to go to an actual storefront! Have every style, size, and color optional. They can even preorder everything onto your account if you don’t know your prescription, then you can click the link in your email and add your prescription at a later time and checkout there. Super duper easy!
