I had a very good experience with my exam at Conway Walmart Vision. Optometrist gave me perfect prescription and since I have progressive lens, I asked for the best lens for this type prescription. I got my glasses and was impressed, no adjustment needed!!
I am happy with the service.

The tech lady and the optometrist were extremely rude and spoke over me, without giving me the chance to speak. The doctor who was supposed to check the focal point of my glasses kept interrupting and as a result , didn't understand what the issue was. He did not get the right focus for my glasses, and refused to even check the glasses. Very unprofessional and backwards attitude. Do not go there if you have other options.

The staff and optometrist were all very nice, friendly, and accommodating to me and my one year old baby boy. I was able to get a same day appointment because someone else had cancelled. The optometrist was quick but thorough with my exam which I appreciated. I went next door and got my glasses and contacts, and they were also very helpful and kind to me as well. The whole process of the exam and ordering the glasses and contacts took less than an hour which I totally appreciated with having my 1 year old with me. Thank you!

Optometrist is great!!! I had glasses made elsewhere before and they weren’t well prescribed. For the first time in 2 years I got glasses that were just right. I love my new glasses.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Will definitely go back.

Had a bad experience here.Desk staff not well trained. She said our insurance didn't cover basic eye exams, though I was pretty sure it did and disputed it, then charged us for the exams. Had to contact our insurance to get it reimbursed.
Asked optometrist for papillary distance to order glasses elsewhere. First she tried to dissuade us, then quickly measured my husband's at 56. Later ordered glasses at another Walmart store, and he was measured there at 60! Quite a difference. Which one is incorrect Don't think we'll go there again.

Staff was rude and inconsiderate. The woman practically made of me and judged me the whole time. She had a very sarcastic attitude. The whole staff was rude and not helpful at all. Do not recommend. Spend your money at an actual eye doctor and not with these people.

I didn't catch the technician's name, but she was extremely rude from the moment I approached the desk. Occurred around 11:30 am Sat., Nov. 5th. Too my insurance elsewhere.

The optometrist is excellent and corrected my vision very well. I initially was not pleased with the glasses, but they were fixed within the trial period.
