Customer care is excellent. The doctors are fantastic, thorough and knowledgeable. My only suggestion is to be a little more understanding 15 minute late policy. I know that there are other patients but at times there are circumstances where a person may be late because they are driving around the shopping center finding parking, or the road was shut down with no warning.

I have been going to visionworks for exams and glasses for over ten years in Charlotte. I recently visited the location on Rea rd for my third year in a row. I was very impressed with how they really do care about helping people with their vision.
I chose the progressive lens for my first time. They are not for me and l took them back after using them a few weeks. I prefer to use bi focal lenses. They understood my situation and easily exchanged my glasses for another pair. I appreciate all the good friendly people there and recommend them to everyone.

I had booked appointment for routine eye exam for me and my family. Appointment got cancelled automatically and when I called them it took 15-20 mins for them to find the reason while I was waiting and the staff was not even bothered to reschedule. I had to plan so many things for this appointment (school club, my son college schedule, my work schedule...) but they just cancelled without a proper justification. Poor service and less knowledgeable staffs. This is just my observation.

DO NOT GO HERE. A doctor decided not to show up; our appointment was cancelled but they did not call, text or email to let us know. Scheduled an entire day around this appointment. Unbelievable lack of service.

Everyone is so friendly, knowledgable and very professional. We always have a great experience when visiting this office. Desiree is great and Caitlin Burrell, O.D is simply the best. She takes the time to explain everything in detail and really cares. I highly recommend the Blakeney Office.
