Worst experience ever!!! I paid almost $500 dollars for a cheap material glasses.!! They make me come back 5 time so the can “fix” them and at the end they told me that they supposed to look like that after a month!!! So I waited for them and I didn’t even get all my money back.!!! Managers and employees have really bad costumer service. I would never recommend or come back to vision works.

La Peor experiencia que e tenido!! Pague casi $500 dólares por unos lentes de muy mala calidad. Me hicieron regresar 5 veces en un mes para arreglarlos”Y al final me dijeron que así era el material del polarizado!! Espere más de un mes y ni siquiera me regresaron todo el dinero que pagué!! Los manejadores al igual que los empleados tienen un pesimo servicio al cliente. Jamás recomendaría o regresaría a visión works!

I have been visiting the Flatiron Crossing location for several years. The staff is always friendly, courteous, professional, and helpful. I value their opinion when choosing the best style of glasses for my face. I value the expertise of my doctor. They have set the bar high for other Visionworks locations to follow.

I love how thorough my doctor is. She answers any questions and explains everything in layman’s terms. She is very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. The other team members know what they are doing and devote time to accomplish the task. I never feel rushed or put out. I appreciate the excellent customer service they provide. I know I am in great hands, from walking in the doors until I leave.

I live 129 miles away (two hours and seven minutes) from the Flatiron Crossing location and chose to drive there to receive my services. My town has Visionworks, which is much closer ( five minutes ). I tried them once, and although the service I received was okay, my feelings about the visit differed significantly from those of my Flatiron Crossing team.

I visit the Flatiron Crossing location annually. However, it feels like no time has passed, and the visit feels like I am coming home. Thank you for hiring and maintaining a great team! Keep up the excellent work. Cheers!

I decided to go to Visionworks over Warby Parker because I thought it would be nice to be able to try lots of glasses. I honestly kind of regret my decision, as they ended up being more expensive and I still had to go in twice for adjustments. The staff were nice, but not able to answer questions or help with concerns about my new lenses. For example, the nose didn’t really fit, and I wasn’t told until I already had them that there was nothing to be done about this. Additionally, the thickness of my glasses really surprised me. I know my prescription is bad, but I would have chosen different frames if I had been informed about just how thick they’d be.

Kat was one exceptional example of what an employee should be like! Being the only employee on the floor, she patiently took the time to explain what options we had without making us feel under pressure to make a quick decision on lenses. She’s also bilingual which is always a plus!

Dr. Mara was so knowledgeable, warm and friendly, and I left with a full understanding of my eye health and an updated prescription in an amazingly short amount of time. Great staff, great store set-up and an overall great experience!

It is 10:45 am, they are supposed to be open at 10:00 am. Not sign or indication as to why they are not open. Security guard says this is a common this. Pretty poor business practice in my opinion.

Dr Walsh and the staff at this location are all down to earth, friendly, and caring people. The service my husband and I received was truly exceptional.

He had cataract surgery a few years back and has been experiencing vision loss in one eye. We are no longer with that insurance and he has been understandably filled with anxiety.

Dr. Walsh was kind and patient, even humorous, which put him at ease. I actually had a few questions of my own and they were answered and I was not made to feel that I was being bothersome whatsoever (I can be very curious).

The issue was identified and we were given a referral for the surgery he requires. Thank you to everyone at this Visionworks location for our positive experience during a difficult time!
