Amazing place with an amazing catalogue of high end frames staff is very wonderful and friendly and will talk you through the cost of your glasses transparently my prescription glasses took less then 3 days to come in!! If that’s not efficient I don’t know what is highly recommend! <3

I had a great experience shopping there. It’s really hard for me to find the right frame and Brandon kept pulling glasses after glasses for me to try on. He was patient and knowledgeable about my prescription. I thought the service was excellent!

The single best optometrist appointment I’ve had. Dr. Elm is extremely professional and thorough. Brandon was very knowledgeable about all the offerings of glasses at the front and was patient as I tried on far too many pairs. He also fixed a loose screw on my old glasses as a courtesy. Highly recommend.

I could not be more grateful to the team at Visionary optics - James, Brandon and Gabriel - for coming to the rescue when my glasses broke. James (owner) not only found the only pair of frames left that would fit my lenses (the glasses were from 2016), but he went above and beyond to make it possible for me to get the glasses in ONE day. I came in to see if they could repair my glasses. The gentleman at the counter said the glasse could not be fixed and I would need to buy a new pair. He was kind enough to explain why, and with that information I was able to research a bit further and found a repair shop in Queens could fix them. After a 45 minute train ride and and hour wait, I could see again!
