Very professional and sorted out my problem quickly and with a final check up to make sure all was good. Very helpful, polite and spent time listening to me with my problem with my eye. I was very happy with the service I received from all the team today. David looked after me and kept me updated Alison my optician was really thorough. I was vv anxious being partially sighted about my seeing eye and she tested everything. I was happy with the outcome and she put my mind at ease with clear information about what I should /should not use in my eye. Many thanks to all today

Very thorough eye test. The staff are always great and very helpful. The only problem I had was deciding on my frames as there's so much to choose from.

Reception staff 5* Optician 5* the reason for the lower score is availability of specific lenses for prescriptions.

Sadly due to company changes some people including myself will not be able to get specialised prescriptions without having horrifically large lenses

Company no longer suitable for visually impaired people which is a shame as I had been using them for over 10 years ?

Back to the days of non inclusion & in my opinion several steps backward, Not Progression - and for what? COST CUTTING !
