Hello there. I have been to the Frederick street store in Edinburgh for my last two prescriptions in the past two years, with my last visit being very recently. The service on both occasions have been absolutely fantastic. Special mention to Gregor, Kieran, Daniel and Hayley(Manager) who were all brilliant. Hayley, please know that you're running a special shop with great staff supporting you and that your leadership is shining through. You knew what was going on with everyone in the shop even while attending to your own customer. Kieran and Gregor were very warm and smiling and helpful, Daniel made me feel so relaxed and was extremely competent like you all were. I can't sing your praises enough. please keep doing what you do and I hope my feedback puts a smile on your faces like you all did mine.

While in Edinburgh on holiday from NZ the leg of my glasses fell off and the kind staff at the Fredrick street store fixed, tightened and cleaned my glasses FOC and said if I had any more glasses trouble while in the capital to call back in…, friendly, helpful polite staff. Thank you ? ?

I agree with the comment that it really depends on who you get.

I was upset by staff who is rude, impatient, not listening to me, keep asking me to leave and even threatened me he would call the police, when I talked with him very politely, respectfully and didn’t speak very loudly and not affected other customers. Why I was treated that badly? It was the worst experience I ever have as a customer.

But later, another staff came who is very professional, listened to me very carefully. He confirmed with his colleague what I said was true and made me feel less upset. I really thank him for being kind to me!!
