This place is a must see! (No pun intended) I was immediately impressed by the quality of their customer service after I got a call back immediately and they were able to fit me in for a appointment. First off Ryan is amazing with his customer service skills and made me feel excited about getting glasses. He helped me with my insurance, finding the perfect pair of glasses, was super patient with my indecisiveness, and answered all my questions. When it came to Dr.L he made me feel very safe and comfortable during my eye exam and he’s very knowledgeable in his craft. They’re both a dream team. Their space is incredibly clean and comfortable while still giving a high end vibe. Their glasses are unique and I can see that they strive to fit you in glasses that fit your vibe and aesthetic that are unique to you. I will never go anywhere else!

Not only is the aesthetic here incredible, but the staff is incredibly kind and helpful (and cool!) I brought in 2 pairs of sunglasses that needed fixing, and within 10 minutes they were good to go! Ren is the one who helped me and is the absolute best! 🙂 I will absolutely come back for any needed repairs in the future

Where do I begin. Vis. changed my entire view on how optometry and purchasing eyewear should be. Dr. Lundquist and his team are such an incredible asset to SLC's eyewear scene. I set an appointment about a week in advance to purchase new glasses. Dr. Lundquist spent over an HOUR with me suggesting frames while providing a wealth of knowledge of different designers and their counterparts. I felt well attended to and my questions were taken very seriously. They accepted my insurance and even assisted me with ordering new contacts. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fresh new look and a different approach to eyewear. I will be returning!

Dropped by a few weeks ago to get a new pair of glasses. I have a low nose bridge and a pretty high prescription, so it's always kind of a pain for me to find a pair of glasses that both works for me functionally and that I like.

Anyway! I had been putting it off forever, but I ended up having a great experience here - not something I ever really say about glasses shopping. A lot of cool styles that I haven't seen anywhere else, and they took the time to help me find ones I liked. Didn't feel rushed or pressured during the process. My new glasses are more comfortable than my old ones. Seeing well out of them, got a compliment while out for ice cream yesterday - no complaints.

Excited to come back when it's time for a new pair. It's kind of a relief to feel excited about it for once (seriously, I usually always dread it). So glad this place exists!
