THE WORSE PLACE FOR YOUR EYE CARE. ATTENDANTS ARE RUDE WITH NO RESPECT FOR THE ELDER. THEY SOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS WITH THE EPLOYEES THEY HAVE. RUDE. EL PEOR SERVICIO CON EMPLADAS SIN EDUCACION, DESRESPECTUOSAS, MAL HABLADAS LO PEOR EN SERVICIO. NO LLEGUEN PARA NADA A ESE LOCAL. BASURA!

El peor servicio para sus necesidades de la vista, empleadas sin educación, sin respeto a personas mayores, malísimo el trato al consumidor. No lleguen a ese establecimiento.Espero busquen mejor personas con conocimiento como tratar al consumidor. Mal habladas

Muy mal servicio por parte de las trabajadoras especialmente por que una de ellas el muy grosera con los clientes y no es cordial y sonriente como debe de ser. Hace muy mala cara y contestona, eso yo no le llamo ser muy professional

Poor customer service the fat lady at the front desk is really rude!

I took my son 3 months ago to get an eye exam for contact lenses and the first prescription that the doctor gave my son took almost 2 weeks to arrive, the doctor prescribed the wrong volume so they had to re order again! Waited another 2 weeks plus I had to make an appointment!!! More waisted time…. At the day of the appointment my son tries the contacts and the doctor supposedly did the exam with the contacts on and then says to tried them on at home so my son says he still sees blurry I call again and the fat lady says that they only have one day available on December 14 like if the people don’t work or go to school she didn’t want to work with my schedule. I asked her for a different date she responded it’s going to be almost 3 months since last appointment like if it was my fault. Who is the stupid person that supposedly is a doctor that can’t prescribe the correct prescription this eye doctor should be trusted. I paid $95 dollars for nothing they had me go back and forth and at the end my son was left with no lenses.

I came around 9:50am. appointment was at 10:05am 5-7 people came in after me and they got attended first and now it's 11am and nothing yet. They can't even get my name right I got up 3 times thinking they were calling me and we all Hispanic here accept for the eye doctor but still ? he's more blind/hard of hearing than anyone I said my name He said yeah once I got closer to him he said no the 6 year old. I just want to get glasses and get out. In the end I had to reschedule

Very friendly and helpful staff operating safely within the state health guidelines. I had to wait a month from making my appointment to being seen, because they are pretty much booked solid. However, when I was seen, service was prompt and professional; the doctor got through the eye test quickly, everything was sanitized, and I was able to pick out a nice pair of glasses. All in all a pleasure to work with them!
