Nuno, excellent rep, he gave us an exceptional customer service. My mom and I got there almost at closing time and he took the time to go through every detail, he overstay more than a hour late helping my mom getting her lenses. He deserves a raise.

Not a great experience. The doctor appointment is over a video call in the office. No doctor on site. Was charged over $100 for an exam and the prescription that was prescribed to me was not even remotely close in the left eye. Went back and was told that my eyes needed to adjust to the contacts. Finally after explaining to them 3 times that I couldn’t wear them and it was unsafe wearing them while driving, they caved in and gave me another exam. The doctor wrote a second prescription and the trials were not available, so the store had to order them. After 2 weeks went by, and no one would answer the store phone, I purchased the contacts through 1-800 contacts online. Yet again, the prescription is way off. I spent over $250 on an exam and contacts, drove to the office 3 times, was told that they had ordered my trial lenses but never called me, and no one will answer the store phone. My experience with Stanton was not an experience that I’d like to have again. I highly recommend going else where.
