I only visit once a year and each time I’m blown away at how wonderful this business is. The team is kind, communicative, and knowledgeable. The space is clean and welcoming. The equipment all feels high-tech and current. Some things that I find really important are that they never make me feel stupid for silly questions and when they present options, they don’t push for me to spend more money or villainize my choices. I really appreciate the safe environment they provide and each time I’m blown away by their level of customer service and expertise.

I am going to petition Google to include a 6 Star option for those rare exceptional experiences like I had at See Sharp. The office is bright, airy and welcoming. Check in was a breeze and my wait to be seen was less than ten minutes. Dr. Rob is everything a service provider should be. First, he had incredible bedside manners--or should I say chair side manners. He listened intently as I described to him my eye injury that has left me with severe scarring on my eye. I loved how the eye chart was projected onto a mirror and I found this very interesting! Dr. Rob really took his time changing and adjusting the lenses in the heavy glasses. When I asked him to go back he went back and did not rush me to make a decision about what I saw in my view. His voice was very calming. When I told him how much I loved the theatre, he told me with this new prescription, the clarity of the stage and the actors would be astounding. Dr. Rob, as you can see from all of the reviews, is an astute medical practitioner. But even more important, he is a warm and kind person and he has my business for as long as I am in Philadelphia.

Even just walking in you can already tell it’s a great place. I was greeted super warmly and helped immediately. Dr. Rob was super informative, down to earth, and honestly one of the best optometrists I’ve ever seen—no pun intended.

Furthermore the staff and attention to detail while getting my new glasses was amazing—there was clear explanation of benefits and how the process would work. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. Dr. Rob was fantastic. One of the best I’ve had after 20+ yrs of eye exams. Brian was so kind and helpful both over the phone and in-person and made sure everyone wore a mask for my appt since I have health issues. Marquise did my preliminary testing with ease and he and Brian were super knowledgeable and helpful in helping me pick out frames. It’s rare to find a place where everyone on staff is great, but SeeSharp does it!

Dr. Stauble and his team were so lovely, the office was clean and bright, and I'll absolutely be back for my annual visits going forward. I had such a quick and easy experience and didn't feel like they were pushing me to buy anything, which I've experienced at another optometrist in Philly. I told them I wanted to pay as little as possible for my contacts and they went above and beyond to figure out my best options using insurance, etc. Highly recommend!

The service provided is EXCELLENT. The doctor is really patient and he will answer all your questions and make sure you understand what is going on. The assistant/receptionist Brian is also wonderful, he is really accommodating and will work with you and your insurance. I recommend anyone that needs eye exam, contact lens exam, and contact lens prescription to come here.

I have had contacts for 20 years and have gone to many eye doctors throughout my life and this was by far the best experience. Everyone was so nice and personable and took their time. Doctor was so amazing with such great bed side manner. I typically hate going to the eye doctor but not anymore!

This is one of, if not the best, optometrists in Philadelphia.

Insurance and booking process was easy. Got an additional health scan for $40 (not covered by insurance). Enjoyable and educational process all the way through. 10/10 would recommend.
