Exceptional team and amazing service! I have a really high prescription and had given up hope on finding glasses that would look nice and fit well. Scot and Andrew were very helpful every step of the way. From frame selection to ensuring my glasses were perfectly fitted. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had finding eyeglasses. Scott is the man, the team, the store and the customer service is out of this world. The dings, scratches and bends that they have been able to help me out with have totally been worth the price. I honestly never thought I would splurge on glasses but I’m so glad I did because the difference in quality and comfort is very noticeable. I use to just buy cheap whatever’s and always loose them. Now I have glasses I absolutely love and keep very good care of. I’m a customer for life!

Extremely impressed with the quality of customer service here. Scot was knowledgable and stunningly, remembered my name and face after only having seen me once before, 4 or 5 weeks ago. I greatly enjoyed how quick and easy it was to send over my sunglasses to get prescription lenses.

Helpful and friendly people! I had a pair of sunglasses with a missing nose pad. The manufacturer sent me replacements but they were the wrong kind for the crimp-type mount. I walked into Queen City, was helped within seconds, and had my glasses fixed in maybe less than five minutes. I should have popped in long ago.

Wow, this place is awesome. I have spent the last 10 years wearing budget glasses (rhymes with Parby Warker). I stare at screens all day for work, so these glasses were giving me massive headaches. Finally, after admittedly way too long, I got tired of them and came here (based on Reddit and Google Reviews).

Sharlena measured me and helped me pick out excellent frames. Glasses arrived quickly. I hadn't heard of the brand before, but I could immediately tell the quality was wonderful. And best of all - no more headaches! A great lesson in paying for quality. These weren't cheap, but I expect them to last a long time. I will definitely be back!

This shop is fantastic. Service is friendly, helpful, and very informative. You walk in and feel immediately welcomed. And the selection of frame is excellent for both eyeglasses and sunglasses. I really wish that I had such good access to a shop like this years ago because they make me feel confident wearing such fun frames. Highly recommend!
