Got my frames from a brand that doesn’t allow other stores to sell their products, but did my lenses here because the service is always impeccable and warm. When I had to replace one of my lenses because of a scratch, Katalin placed the order and texted me when the lens arrived so that I could come in to have it replaced. When I dropped of my glasses, they were fixed within an hour! Wonderful place

Friends were in from out of town and looking for unique glass frames. On seeing the great reviews for Punto Ottico, we added it to our itinerary and we were glad we did. The staff is charming and kind and knows their stock, the selection is wonderful, and the prices are excellent — especially considering the quality and design. Amazing store, and the team of people that works there were amazing as well. I got a great service, and was treated so well. It’s also an alternative option to regular optical shops, which makes it so nice. I could find a variety of products of great quality, those glasses you could define "luxury glasses" event though the prices were not as high as I expected. Loved it. Thanks Punto Ottico.
