I was looking online for an optical shop and I saw that Adam and Rachel have all 5 star reviews. They are well deserved! Adam helped me pick out a new frame for my reading glasses and filled my prescription. My new glasses were ready on time (one day early) and I love them! Adam adjusted them so that they fit perfectly. He is very knowledgeable and takes great care and pride in his work. I was so happy with my reading glasses that I ordered a new pair of bifocals. Love those too. I highly recommend Perception Optical. Glad that I found them.

Adam and Rachel are very friendly and kindly helped me to solve a problem with the prescription glasses that I got from another company. I got an appointment with them right away and they gave me clear explanation and good advices on how to proceed with this issue. I highly recommend them!

This was the least stressful glasses shopping experience of my 30+ years of glasses wearing. The selection is interesting but not overwhelming. You can browse, or you can sit and relax, explain what you do/don’t want, and then have frames brought over. I’m so excited for my new glasses.

Customer service at its absolute best! Adam and Rachel are so welcoming and great to talk to, and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Scheduling online for an optical appointment was super easy. They have a great selection of frames you won’t find elsewhere. I went in for two pairs of new glasses and wound up getting three! Never been so excited for new glasses. Just a fantastic experience. Thank you Rachel and Adam!

GREAT experience with both the eye exam AND choosing glasses. It's fantastic having both exams and frames in one friendly, size-inclusive place.

Rachel was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and picked out one of the frames I chose. She has great taste, and the selection is not huge, but it's well curated. I also didn't have to worry about whether they would have frames that fit my face/head, both of which are wide.

Overall, would very much recommend visiting Perception Optical, especially if you might need wider sizes. Easy to park in the area, fantastic people, and I look hella cute in my new glasses.

Went to Perception Optical to get an exam for contacts. Dr. Ko made me feel so comfortable and was patient with me as I learned to put in contacts for the first time! Highly recommend Perception Optical!
