My fathers favorite pair of glasses broke from being stepped on, so for this Father’s Day I wanted to surprise him and repair his glasses as a gift. Unfortunately after messaging most glasses shops around Syracuse, all of them said that they couldn’t help. Thankfully, original eyewear responded to my message and offered to at least see if they can do anything to fix them. I’m so glad I messaged this business because not only were they super friendly/professional, they also helped me in time to fix my dads glasses for Father’s Day. This place did the unimaginable and I’m so grateful they took the time to see if they can help repair the glasses. Highly recommend this shop and will definitely be returning if I need a new frame again.

I've worn glasses for 42 years and have a host of eye and vision issues. In my vast array of experience with eye doctors, Dr. Braun is BY FAR the most knowledgeable and thorough. I believe he is the soulmate for my eyes LOL! No other doctor has ever understood all that I have going on and have the expertise and diligence to get me the best vision I've ever had. I have thoughts about moving south in a few years but I will return to Dr. Braun for all of my eye care - he is that good! Micah, Lisa and all other staff members are extremely pleasant, professional and caring. FANTASTIC OFFICE and I'm super grateful.

Based on my experience, good doctors of all kinds are very hard to come by these days. When I moved out to Syracuse for school I didn't really know where to look, but found Original Eyewear online and it's truly the best eye care I have ever had. Haven't experienced long wait times to be called in for my appointment and the staff is wonderful. Dr. Braun is very knowledgeable, kind, attentive. You truly feel like everyone is there to take care of you and you're not just another person to walk through the door.

Not recommended! I went in for an eye exam that was supposed to be fully covered by my insurance. They took two extra photos of my eyes and charged me $35 WITHOUT any advance notice. This is not professional!

I have had glasses for almost 20 years and I can honestly say that Dr. Braun is the friendliest and most knowledgeable Doctor I have seen. His office is beautiful and has truly embraced new technology and all of the benefits that comes along with it. I would highly recommend this Doctors office!
