I have been a client of Optique of Denver for many years. Optique is the greatest glasses store I have ever been to including in other places I have lived. The optometrist services, the incredible selection of designer frames and the world class customer service. I have long been treated as part of a team that makes my vision experience fantastic. They give a lot of care to be sure your lenses are made correctly and the frames are right for you in terms of size and fit. Stabien guides me through the enormous selection of frames to pick ones I will love.

I had a very pleasant experience today with all the vision care staff. This includes from checking in , during the preliminary exam, the doctor exam as well as purchasing glasses. No one had unpleasant personalities nor attitudes. I truly enjoyed my visit today. Thank you everyone!!

Had the best experience at Optique. Everyone I talked to was super super nice. I saw Dr. Rachel Knowlton here and she took the time to explain everything in a very kind and helpful way. They also offer a convenient retinal imaging option that’s an alternative to dilation and about the same price. They have a lot of open availability too - I was able to book an appointment 2 days out.

Everything was going great with the appointment until I said I was not going to purchase glasses from optique, the young man who was handling the checkout, promptly got up and left me at the desk to visit with another customer. I asked him to email me the prescription he said no, I will just print you one and left it on the desk. Poor customer service

From before i even showed up, talking to their professional and knowledgable receptionists was great. They were very friendly and super helpful.

Then as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted. I felt very comfortable right away.

The exam was really thorough, and this was before i was able to see the doctor. And then she finished it all up.

Great People! Great Experience!!

Very frustrating, time consuming, and overall really unprofessional experience with Denver Optique. I bought two pairs of glasses from them. The customer service that day was fine and I was told both pairs would be ready in 2-3 weeks. After a few weeks the glasses were ready and I came in to pick them up. One of the pairs right lens was noticeably loose immediately upon trying the frame on. The Optician helping me out looked at it, tried to see if maybe he could fix it, but came to the conclusion that the lens would need to be re-cut. After looking at the second pair the left lens on that pair was slightly loose. The optician told me he would have that pair re-cut as well. While frustrating, I totally get accidents/ errors happen. Not a huge deal. Was told both pairs would be ready in about a week. I come back around a week-ish later to get both pairs. One pair was perfect and the other pair had an incorrect prescription in it. They had put an incorrect axis in the prescription per the optician. By now, I’m annoyed and inconvenienced. The optician then tells me he’s gonna have them rush delivered and mailed to me. A week later they get to me and the left lens is loose again. So I bring them in and basically just want a refund for this one pair at this point. I’m over it. The optician tells me he can fix the lens and proceeds to put some micro plastic type insulator around the lens so it fits in the frame better. In the 30 years I’ve worn glasses, I’ve never dealt with an issue of lenses not fitting a frame properly. On top of all of this, this same optician tries to gaslight me and tell me this is all in my head, the original pair that had the noticeably loose lens wasn’t even loose, it was just a screw that needed to be tightened, but they went ahead and re-cut the lenses. Mind you the optician telling me this wasn’t even the one that helped me that day. If it was just a loose screw, why not just fix it that day and send me on my way? Why as a company would you get lenses re-cut that didn’t need to be fixed? Why did we just spend 6 weeks trying to get this all sorted out? Insanely unprofessional experience with this company.

Great prices and great services! Front desk was very welcoming, exam was quick and informative and the man who helped me find a frame was super helpful! Genuinely seemed to care about finding me the right shape for my face and not just selling me an expensive pair.
