Took a pair of frames here to be fitted to my prescription. I was very happy with the result. The staff were friendly and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, actually recommending bifocals over more costly progressives for my particular needs, which goes a long way in my bringing more of my business here. They validate parking and got my prescription back one day ahead of time.

Be prepared to pay for half ahead of time. I felt that the pricing was fair and competitive, the staff are friendly and thoughtful. I had a great experience.

Its our first time here and doctors are great! Roger is very helpful! he really took time helping me and my husband finding the best pair of glasses for us. His customer level is excellent and I think is a great asset to the company!

They lied to me that they discounted $100 for the frame, but they charged me a full price of $250 and they did not let me see the details of costs I have to pay. Until ii found out and they the guy told me he never gave the discount for the frame to me. You guy have to be careful with this sucking business. Go to the big company like lencrafner or America best to be sure 100 % satisfaction guarantee. I talked to manager of the business today and she told me she does not care about my case. She did not try to solve the problem. Believe me it is the truth I explained.

...FREAKIN' LOVE THIS PLACE...

The doctors are great; the opticians are great (especially J); the selection is great; and the wait time is minimal, even with digital lenses! What's not to love? I did have a small insurance billing snafu, but they were VERY receptive to my concerns and contacted the insurance on my behalf.

I had such a fantastic experience with Dr. Austin and the team. I scheduled an appointment online on Sunday and was able to be seen within 24 hours. Not only did I receive a thorough eye screening and got to see my retina scan, but I also got my prescription and found the perfect frames within the same 24-hour period! Thank you, Dr. Austin and team, for the exceptional care and service.

Always a kind and very caring experience. I recently saw a Dr. AUSTIN who is new to me and was just wonderful and patient and a great listener just like Dr. JULIE. The reception and optical staff are so sweet and very well informed. Beautiful store with a great sound system and great relaxed vibe. Been coming here 10 years and its always a very happy healthy experience . Peace
