I ordered some goggles on September 6th and haven't received them yet. It's September 28th! I wrote to customer service on September 23rd and haven't gotten a reply. Looking on the shop app to track the progress and location shows they haven't moved at all. The seasons almost over, and the goggles will be useless for next year. I wasted $249.95 for goggles that'll never arrive. I'd leave 0 stars, but that's not an option.

Ordered a pair of glasses for our sons baseball season. Was under the assumption that we’d have them right in time for the season to start. We waited the time that they said it would take with no glasses and no communication. We have been patient and contacted the company more than once over the last week and a half. Every time, we are told “another 1-2 business days”. At this rate, our son will not have his sport glasses in time for any of his remaining ballgames! We are very put off and frustrated about the delay. They told us because the lenses were “complex” but no other company has ever told us that about his lenses and this will have been his 5th pair.

I'm 50 years old and have worn glasses my whole life. I visited several shops in Dallas only to find every frame seemed to look the same. I work and spend a lot of time outdoors. So I wanted something that would withstand some potential abuse as well. I found Optics Outfitter online, tried the "Home Try On" service and was hooked from the moment I received the frames. I had a hard time picking one frame (will end up ordering 2 more pairs) but once I did I submitted my prescription and returned the frames. Easy. But then I decided I wanted progressive lenses so AFTER placing my order I contacted Peter and he updated everything accordingly. Then I found out I had to travel for work so I pestered Peter until my glasses arrived. Bottom line, this company deserves every bit of success they garner. Peter's customer service is remarkable. And the product is the best available. I'm Ready for my next pair but I will give Peter a chance to recoup before I submit my order.

What a great company to order from. My son occasionally plays catcher and during a play, he went to rip off his helmet and his glasses came off too. We then went searching for protective Rx glasses that he can wear while playing. We found Optics Outfitter. Ordering was easy with their Try at Home program and then we received the order in about 7 days, just like they promised.

Here's the kicker. When I got the Rx glasses, I realized that I ordered the wrong model! Completely my bad! I called them with my tail between my legs knowing that they had made a custom Rx for my son. What did they do? They stood behind their guarantee and took them back and replaced them with the model that I SHOULD have ordered to begin with.

Excellent product! Over-the-top, amazing customer service. Can't thank Dan enough for his help and service. As long as my son is wearing glasses and playing sports, Optics Outfitters has my business.

We ordered my son Sports Goggles but were struggling with the straps being too loose. I sent them an email asking for suggestions and they answered within an hour. They sent me (free of charge) a few new straps to try along with directions on how to attach them.
I don’t leave reviews often but the stellar customer service I received needed recognition.
They will definitely get more of my business!

Optics Outfitter has excellent customer service. They will send 4 pairs to try on. Even after trying them on and ordering, my son didnt like the style of the goggles. They allowed us to exchange them for a new style at no charge. The process was very easy.
