ordered with them twice and both times had no issues. Fast shipping. The contacts have a fantastic expiration date and i got a sweet pair of sunglasses. thank you! not sure what all the negative feedback is about

The experience was great. I use the most expensive dailies out there (Alcon). From 1800Contacts they are $277 for a 90 day supply. Opticontacts price was $32 per box and then the $68 processing fee
popped up. ? Is that typically high for a processing fee? Yes, but with the cost of the contacts, the processing fee, the $12 shipping, and Tax, my total for a 90 day supply was $149. Still almost $130 cheaper than 1800Contacts. They were in stock and shipped from Seattle. Received them in Chicago one week later. Correct contacts, quantity, and prescription. Very happy with the transaction and will remain a repeat customer.

Excellent Price, Excellent Customer Service, Fast Shipping! I’m so beyond happy with my order. I reached out via chat before I ordered since it was my first time. The employee was so helpful and helped me answer all my questions. I ended up ordering a whole year of contacts. I went back and placed a second order for 2 pairs of glasses! They are so cute and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately the second pair was a little too big for my head… I reached out again via chat and the agent was again excellent and helped me find the right replacement. BEWARE This company *BAIT AND SWITCHES* I added 4 boxes of contacts to my cart. The total and the amount saved was shown on a check out page after I put in my shipping and billing address. I went to the next page to pay and it shot up $112 more than the previous pages total amount for my contacts. The free shipping & handling, it said was guaranteed, was no longer applicable. I added up the price of my contacts to verify if this is incorrect. I went onto the chat to ask why? I was told this is the overhead fee (for contact boxes that are 1/2"×3"?), shipping ( how when I still needed to pay an extra $12-$17 for S&H) paying to box it (isn't that part of the S&H?) and the processing fee. I told him this is Bait and switch and they wasted my time. I then asked if the shipping is included in the $112 why am I being charged an additional $12-$17 for shipping when the site stated guaranteed free shipping? His response, "you won't find cheaper contacts anywhere else." Not only do I want to save money, I want to give my buisness to an honest company. I also stated that I will be making a Google review to let others aware of your scheme. His reply, " Is that all I can help you with?" WOW.

OptiContacts are excellent! I ordered the wrong prescription for the second time, thought I had saved the changes that I made. Customer service was prompt, got back to me within hours of writing an email and sent me a prepaid shipping label for the incorrect ones. They also shipped out the correct ones including the $17.95 express shipping I paid originally. Not sure why they have such terrible reviews, OptiContacts is my go-to for contacts!

FRAUD!!! Be aware of what’s happening. They added $788 processing fee and I didn’t even notice it until last second. The total was completely different price. They changed it right before I clicked “ submit”. Spoke with customer service they aware of this practice and “ sorry for inconvenience “ was their answer. They refused to provide manager info

They were offering a great discount on my brand of lenses. I ordered a years supply of contacts for $276. They then tack on a $262 PROCESSING FEE bumping my order to $538. Good old fashioned bait and switch. Pretty sketchy to rely on these types of tactics to try and get business .
