This shop performs magic. Matt the owner and his brother Mark on 2 occasions expertly adjusted my frames gratis. I've never seen a larger selection of frames that are more than competitively priced. I even told Matt he needs to raise his prices; no kidding. You've got to try them out. Be sure to write them a 5 star Google review.

I visited the store last week to try on some glasses frames and find a style that suited me best. While I appreciated the selection, my experience was disappointing due to the staff's approach. When I mentioned that I didn’t have a prescription yet, the gentleman asked if I intended to buy something that day. Upon saying "not today," he informed me that I couldn't try on any frames because he needed to clean them.

This interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, as if my presence in the store was a burden. While I understand that cleanliness is important, part of retail involves accommodating customers, regardless of whether a sale happens immediately. I encourage the owner and staff to prioritize customer service and create a more welcoming environment. Not every visit results in an immediate sale, but every customer deserves a positive experience.

Incredibly good experience here. Matt is wonderful. I’d had an unsatisfactory response to a new prescription, and he was the only one who figured out what was happening. Fixed it, beautiful, can’t say enough about how great this shop is.
