I used to take my kids to this place to buy inexpensive glasses because they broke them quickly. This year, my 13-year-old son wanted a pair of Oakleys from their store. On our first visit, I asked about the price and was quoted $220 for the frame, even though it costs $175 everywhere else, including at LensCrafters and the Oakley store. I decided to just buy the frame from them, but the price suddenly jumped to $299. My insurance would cover $170 of that.

I placed the order for the frame and lenses, but before leaving, I checked prices again and confirmed the frame was $175 everywhere else. I returned to question the inflated price, but the staff rudely told me they could set their own prices. Upset by their attitude and pricing, I canceled the order and bought the same frame for $175 from LensCrafters. I'll be sure to share this experience widely so others can avoid overpaying.

So my son missed his first appointment there due to an emergency hospital visit. So I was not able to call to cancel because the emergency was that day. I explained to the woman that I am show period he was hospitalized that day. She said it's 35.00, I can see if I did not have a valid reason. That was not good enough. She could care less. It was not intentional at all. I would have showed her it was really an emergency. I respect her policy. Which is why I wanted to show that the only reason I didn't cancel the day before was because he was ok the day before. She asked me that, his emergency occurred the day of the appointment. I thought If I can show her his discharge papers she would understand.... NO she said you know it's 35.00. I would never recommend this place!

Awesome!!!! Top notch customer service!!!!! I have been going to Vesta at Optical Imaging for several years now. She is extremely professional and goes out of her way to make sure our needs are met. I can’t even remember how many times she has come to the rescue when my son broke his glasses or ripped his last pair of contacts. She is amazing. They also have a great range of frames for all types of face shapes. I honestly don’t think you will get this level of customer service anywhere else. She is practically family now and we will not be going anywhere else.

Vesta Kim was extremely helpful to me in choosing good frames and giving right recommendations for eye glasses. My insurance messed up my order, and Vesta understood the problem, and ordered an extra pair which I needed extremely fast. Extra glasses were made by the local office in one day. (vs 30 days insurance delay). More over, Vesta not only fixed the problem, she monitored whole process along the way. Finally I got two new awesome pairs of glasses. I found the prices reasonable and service amazing. Appreciate Vesta for the quick work and more importantly her help, care, kindness, and advice! I will come back for the next order, and highly recommend this place for perfect service! Thank you very much Vesta Kim.

It’s the second time in a roll that I go to the optical image,. This time I went for contact lenses. I am waiting now for the trials for the contacts, i they fit well on me. I love their customer services, they are all super friendly and I had bough glasses with them before, the quality it’s amazing. I really recommend it ❤️

Where to even begin...myself husband and daughter were patients for THREE years. Back at the end of August, I ordered glasses for my husband that never showed up more than one month. The owner (if she's the owner) assures me a refund and no charge for the glasses. Another few weeks, still no glasses. She. Tells me she will order the lenses and put them in frames in store, then proceeds to recharge me full price. I begged for a 50 dollar discount for the inconvenience (even tho she told me no charge?) She also assured me she reinstated the insurance benefits. I went on Monday, (after she called my husband and said they were ready. No glasses. She tells me Wednesday (today) still no glasses. I demanded a refund. Which she did provide. However, what about the glasses and the enormous inconvenience. 3 months to get glasses? We decided to Part ways they blame the insurance company. I request medical records the DOCTOR nastily says it's 10 dollars per page . It is ONE DOLLAR PER PAGE MAX BY LAW! Also I just got off the phone with the insurance. She did NOT REINSTATE THE BENFITS!!! She also billed my insurance fraudulently for glasses in July that were not ordered until the end of August. Very fishy. Just stay away. On a side note if she'd apologized and provided me with the glasses either of the two pairs I would have been happy. And while they blame the insurance she told the insurance rep ups delivered to the wrong address so shes also a liar

We have been going to Optical Image for many many years and they never disappoint. The customer service is impeccable, they are all very friendly and, equally important, they are all very experienced and knowledgeable! Store has a great selection of frames and lenses made with the latest and best technology available. If you looking for latest fashion trend, they have it all! I highly recommend Optical Image! They truly are the best in business!
