I just disputed the charge, I still don’t have my glasses.
They messed up my glasses twice!
They are trying for the 3rd time, crazy!
I still didn’t get a call back yet.
I gave them the glasses on Valentine’s Day. It was supposed to by my present to myself to get new lenses put in my own frame since new frames are crazy expensive!
They put the wrong prescription in my glasses twice! How can they do such a poor job!
I couldn’t see thru them at all! It was like a fish bowl, nobody has so bad prescription & they put these thick lenses in my frame!
They kept saying to get used to them! That’s crazy! Then they realized it was wrong prescription.
The second time they messed up again, crazy!
Then they said they have to send them to NYC lab then they said their lab is in Las Vegas.
So frustrating!
Where is this lab?
Why are they so dishonest?
Why do they keep making mistakes?
Why do they charge so much money for such poor service?
Why do they charge extra fee for using my credit card?
How many people are they affecting by doing such a poor job?
Do these people know they may have the wrong prescription? What if they are kids or older people that think they just have to get used to new prescription? I was told I would have to get used to the new prescription but I said I can’t see at all!
How am I supposed to walk around let alone drive with these glasses! Crazy! Then they realized it was the wrong prescription again & not high index & then now they are supposed to make them a third time! This is ridiculous!
Having the right prescription is very important!
Glasses are not something to get wrong, people need glasses to drive.
Can you imagine getting in a car accident because they said you have to get used to them when they were the wrong prescription both times?
Then I got new prescription & just one vision for both lenses. They put the wrong prescription twice even though the second time was supposed to be very easy, both eyes the same high index, same prescription for distance & not for reading at all. It was supposed to be simple the second time around but they still got it wrong! I was too nice trying to work with them & be understanding but they screwed up again! Crazy!
How can they do such a horrible job! ! It’s not brain surgery!
It’s making glasses!
Here we are a month later still no glasses & it was supposed to take only 1 week.
I wear my old prescription sunglasses to see.
I got some contacts to drive at night but not easy getting used to contacts.;(
I am used to wearing my glasses which I still don’t have.
They also charged me $30 because I used my credit card so 873.51 + 30.57=904.08
Who has 873.51 in cash to pay
Isn’t it illegal to charge extra $30.57 because a customer is using their card?
I still didn’t get a call from them.
This is not right.
This is terrible service & a month of not having my glasses.
I wish I never went to them because they are not good at all.
I just don’t have faith in them unfortunately.
I just want my frame & my old lenses back so I can go somewhere else! This place was very disappointing!
