Muy mala experiencia. La Doctora que me atendió fue muy amable, y la muchacha que me me mostró los lentes que iba a comprar fue muy educada, aunque me presiono en el primer minuto para que decidiera cuál era el lente que quería, y otra muchacha con nada de empatía me trato como si le estaba pidiendo, solo porque yo iba a comprar mis lentes con el seguro de Medicaid. Deben tener más empatía, aunque uno tenga seguro médico, tenemos que pagar una diferencia como fue mi caso. En menos de cinco mi iris opté por tomar los primeros lentes que me probé para irme, ya que era imposible estar frente a la muchacha incómoda que solo se paró frente a mi para discriminarme.

I’ve been a patient for 20+ years. Very professional and patient. I love the optometrist but beware of the Saturday doctors. First time ever did I not trust a doctor and we actually had a disagreement. But then There was an older gentleman attending on Saturday and he was so amazing and caring. I’m so sorry I can’t remember his name. It was a year ago just about and I’m getting forgetful lol any one who feels they can be serviced and treated better should always voice their opinion. But my interactions has always been great. Prices are decent too when you’re not covered with insurance.

Horrible customer service. I was waiting to see the eye doctor, the people working there made me wait 30 minutes to tell me to come back in a hour. Horrible customer service, if it was my only option, I will rather go miles to find a different location then wait on them.

I’ve been a customer for years. I got my first pair of glasses here and Hanoi has been a doll for years, and so kind. But, today the first time I don’t see her here it was the worst experience I have event been through. I called Friday asking if they had an appointment for today Saturday. The young lady said unfortunately no but would check her appointment list, magically a 2:00pm slot opened up. I run late today called asked if they will still take me the lady on the phone says yes to still come in, I show up, walk in with 2 other people she skips me over attends to one of the two gentlemen and tells me to wait and after she is done with him does not even acknowledge me and proceeds to have a conversation. The other young lady there also does not look my way and attends to the other person there. I ask another girl behind the counter I have an appointment that I understand I was late for, do I need to sign in. She asked the first girl that ignored me about me and she asks me if I’m being taken care, I responded no you looked over me and took him. This girl asks for my name to check her appointment book and to my surprise my name was never written down and the Optometrists went on to take another person who obviously was on time. The girl let’s the other know I’m not there and she says it’s fine to write me down next, knowing there are others before me without telling me what time I’ll be seen. I asked for Hanoi who only works weekdays & just proceeded to walk out. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth and sadly looks like I would have to take my business elsewhere. Sucks to know that they’re willing to lose a self paying customer, who not only pays for the exam, brand glasses and contacts at that. Management definitely downgraded on the amazing team they once had.

this has been the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. The staff here has had multiple issues with accommodating the issues they have brought upon on their own. I purchased a pair of frames two months in with my frames I had gotten them tightened, the tech brought it to my attention that there seems to be an issue with the hinges of my glasses and couldn’t tighten them which lead to them having to order a new pair of temple and hinges after two weeks of waiting I received a call saying I needed to go in so they can take some pictures of the current issues to send to the company directly . After a month of waiting I kept calling every two weeks for an update and I kept getting told the same story. 5 months have passed and was still waiting for an update, after going in person the manager of the store said an order was never placed because she was the only individual that can do it and none of her staff have informed her. A total waste of time. This same day I was told an order was not placed , after solving my issue I asked if I can get my glasses tightened. After getting home I noticed there was glue one the left side of my frames where the hinges are located. I did not make a big deal of it because I was receiving new frames within two weeks. Two weeks approaches I go in for them to replace the issue and the tech says nothing can changed due to the broken and glued pieces that he made! He denied that he caused the damages to my frames, alongside the manager and staff not taking no type of accountability of the issues they have brought up! instead of apologizing for the inconvenience they kept contradicting. Each time I have entered this optical my frames have gotten worst and worst. I have not once walked in to complain about an issue with my frames, if anything I was being told there was an issue with the frames. Extremely disorganized, disrespectful, and unethical. I currently have to wait another two weeks for a whole new set of frames since everybody was so worried about talking and gossiping about customers in out of their store then actually paying attention and doing what they need to do.

THE BEST OF THE BEST! The entire staff was absolutely fantastic; from the doctors to the girls on the floor! They’re efficient very attentive and so professional! First time glasses wearer and let me tell you I left feeling like a million bucks with the glasses the girls helped me choose!! I highly recommend everyone to come and shoot them a visit even if it’s just for an eye exam! I promise you won’t regret it! Keep up the good work girls & the tech is amazing to say the least.

I had a horrible experience with this place . I had called to make an appointment and told them what I wanted and asked if my insurance covered it on the phone. I was assured that I was covered . On the day of my appointment which I was on time for I waited 40 mins for them to tell me that someone made a mistake and that they didn’t take my insurance. When I inquired why it took so long for them to figure that out . I was met with smirks and half apologies while one girl behind the counter was laughing at my frustration. I would never patron this establishment in life . Very unprofessional and clearly don’t care or respect their customers.
