They never gave up on me. Ephraim Ortiz, Dr. Merhi, Bethany and the entire team brainstormed and worked overtime to figure out my unique vision needs. Over many weeks of trial and error I was ready to give up. Ephraim always assured me that they would figure it out...and they did! I am now seeing both near and far thanks to these dedicated professionals. Don’t waste your time with other optometrist practice. I was blown away by the professionalism and polite service the moment you step a foot inside of the practice. Listened to all my concerns and did an amazing job with the exam. The whole time I felt in good hands. Knowledgeable and caring staff and doctor. Great selection of frames and lenses for any budget. First time visiting them but will not be last. If you need your eye exam done right and to feel you are not just another customer, this is the place. Hard to find doctors in the area that they see us as patients not just as dollar bills. Doctors that actually want to help us. Thank you.

Ephraim is a lifesaver, I forgot my contact lenses at home when I went away for a wedding. He sent me my rx so I can fill my contacts out of state. He was so quick to help me, I truly appreciate it!!

My glasses broke while on vacation. Efrain Ortiz used some special glue and was able to repair them so I could make it thru the rest of my vacation. Efrain was super and refused to charge me for his services

I have worn glasses almost my entire life and I am so pleased I found this Eye Care business. I was impressed with Dr. Eva who didn't mind my questions and very happy with all my new eyeglasses. I found the price very reasonable compared to the last time I had to replace all my glasses (regular, sunglasses, and reading). In addition, my sunglasses were never right from the last time they were replaced in NJ (three times and never correct. Mr. Ortiz (optician) took one look at them and identified the issue immediately. I don't often give a five-star review but this business deserves the rating!

I had a painful eye issue develop during vacation and was struggling to find an eye doctor that could fit me in. From the moment that I talked to the first courteous and professional staff member on the phone, I knew I had lucked out. The women at the front desk greeted us warmly and were wonderful with everyone that walked in. Dr Mehri was patient and knowledgeable; she identified an eye problem that my local doctor had not, in addition to the infection I was suffering from. She took time to answer all of my questions and made numerous recommendations of things I could be doing to protect my eye health. The gentleman working the front of the store graciously helped me obtain my prescription from my personal doctor back home and spent time giving us directions to the pharmacy and to a different one-hour eyeglass facility with my lenses in stock so I could get them asap and get back to enjoying my vacation!! I can’t recommend this practice enough!!!

saw Dr. Eva for an eye exam, from the minute you step into this practice, you are met by smile and professionalism, they explain everything to you prior to the exam so you are aware of the cost and what your insurance pays. Dr. Eva is just awesome, for the first time, I get my exam and glasses right from the first time, not only that she does examine your eyes and she is talented doctor.
