No la recomendaría tenia cita a las 3 llegue a las 2:30 el doctor no llego hasta 3:30 . estoy esperando que le hagan el examen a mi hijo y se puso a comer ya son las 4:31 y nada.

I made an appointment here for my boyfriend since it was the only office close by that accepts Medicaid but I hated the long wait. The ladies at the front desk worked so slow. My boyfriend and I were getting so impatient, all they did was whisper behind the desk. Also hated it because it is not handicap accessible (my boyfriend is in a wheelchair) and I hate to see him struggle and the way people stare when he has a hard time. The doctor also seemed a bit rude I didn't personally talk to him but not even a smile as he walked by. Personally I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, I wanted to see how the experience was for my boyfriend so I could decide on making an appointment for myself but I'm definitely looking for a different optometrist after today.

Absolute worse place to get an exam and glasses! My appointment was at 1030 and the doctor has yet to show up.its now 1230. Guy in front said the doctor is his own boss and shows up when he wants! Are you kidding me!!! Why take appointments! Exam room is filthy....food containers/bags...papers everywhere. Looks like they emptied a closet and decided to use it for an exam room! Hope you understand and speak Spanish because that's all they speak here! DO NOT COME HERE!!! You will really regret it! Doesn't even deserve the 1 star!

The worse place to take your family. Unprofessional with the front desk clerks and the doctor never showed up for the appointment. This has to be the messies doctor's office I have ever seen. Piles of papers everywhere and fast food containers in the exam room. The front desk clerk started the basic vision exam to stall while they were trying to locate the doctor. She had no supervision while doing this. We left ASAP.

Went there because it was the only decent priced I could find that would deliver out to my location. Went in on a Saturday and was told they would be ready that following Monday.Turns out they wouldn't deliver until Wednesday. Wednesday came and I kept getting the run around that the person in charge was not available b/c he was out of town. I was told I'd get a call back on Friday morning when he got back and of course no one called. When I called this rude receptionist answered and said he thought they had been shipped out but to call back because the person I needed to speak to was not there. When I finally got in contact with him he said he had just shipped them out because he was out of town on an emergency and gave me a tracking number. Much to my surprise the tracking number is not valid!!!! Haven't received my glasses and it has been a week! Next time I'll pay extra for better service. NOT RECOMMENDED. The only good thing I can say is the optometrist is pretty awesome, he takes his time and explains everything to you.

The independent optometrists next door was incredible did things to my eye no one has done. .hes very laid back and SMART knows what hes doing only speaks English but the people next door are incompetent in their work and happy to help. .will definitely b going back veryfor that doctor very thorough
