I would give Naperville Optical, Eunice and Dr. Trieu a hundred stars if I could! I have been a loyal customer of Dr. Trieu’s for almost fifteen years, and I followed her to Naperville Optical several years ago. I’m so glad I did! Ms. Eunice and her staff have exemplary customer service. I look forward to going to Naperville Optical, and so do my daughters. Eunice is very thorough, kind, and treats each customer with the utmost respect. My one daughter spent about an hour and a half finding the perfect frames, and Eunice was so patient, considerate and enthusiastic about her experience. It was my daughter’s first time getting frames. Eunice made such a positive impression on her that she decided to draw her a picture and write her a thank you. One line sticks out, my daughter wrote that Eunice was “a wonderful person!” I agree. In the almost forty years I’ve needed glasses and contacts, I’ve never had a more stellar experience than at Naperville Optical. This is due to Eunice’s dedication to making her customers feel welcome, heard, and well cared-for. This extends to all of our appointment scheduling, decision-making for frames, picking up lenses, eyeglass fittings, eye dilation, everything! Eunice and her team are the best! For my and my family’s exams, Dr. Trieu is caring and knowledgeable. She has always taken the time to fully answer any question I’ve had (and I ask a lot!), and I trust her judgment completely. I’ve had numerous eye doctors over the years, and I’ve never had a better doctor than Dr. Trieu. I’ve recommended her and Naperville Optical to my friends and coworkers, and they have also become loyal customers. My other daughter asked me last month when did she “get to go see Dr. Trieu again,” she had such a comfortable experience! I absolutely LOVE LOVE this place. The staff is just wonderful, Eunice is the best at helping you pick the right pair of glasses for you. They are all super nice, caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place 100% no doubt. Best customer service ever!! They also have great glasses selection, super stylish and trendy.

I have been going to Naperville Optical for several years, and I haven't been disappointed. Dr. Trieu is thorough and knowledgeable. She discovered a retinol hole in my eye and recommended a great Opthalmologist to perform the surgery. In addition, Eunice is always so personable and kind at every visit. I get all my glasses and contacts from here. I would recommend it!

After being a loyal customer of Naperville Optical for six years, I can no longer give them a 5-star rating following today’s experience. I wish Eunice had been honest and upfront with me in April about changes to my prescription. From April 12th to July 30th, I visited Naperville Optical five times because the new lenses for my previously well-functioning frames caused dizziness. Each time, Eunice insisted that I would get used to the new prescription. Although Naperville Optical did adjust the lenses, they were unwilling to acknowledge their initial mistake or thoroughly address the issue. Both the doctor and Eunice repeatedly claimed that my vision was deteriorating, but my old frames and lenses were fine up until April 12th. How could my eyes deteriorate so quickly in just three months?

I suspect the issue might be related to adjustments made to my old frames during lens installation and the optical center not being aligned correctly. These problems might have been avoided with better transparency from both the doctor and Eunice from the start.

Ultimately, replacing each lens and purchasing a new pair of frames did not resolve the issue. As a last resort, I had Eunice reinstall my old lenses to my old frames. She seemed flustered and quickly pressed the old lenses into the frames, leaving noticeable oil and fingerprint smudges. Being short with me now, Eunice instructed me to return the new frames and lenses for a refund so she could discard the lenses. She also wrote down my prescription as to imply that I do not return to her business again. This experience left me with a bad impression and my scuffed-up old lenses, as Naperville Optical was unwilling to resolve the real issue or admit to their initial mistake.
