Awesome work. Thank you Doctor and Staff for my eye exam and eye glasses. I knew my prescription is wrong from the previous eye exam. And you all made it right.

I would recommend this same place, the same staff, not 100 times but an infinity times. I just picked up the glasses and its amazing. Everything is crystal clear. And there is no wrong in waiting for a quality product and you guys made it happened. Thank you for answering all my questions with patience and the customer service is more than amazing. Once again thank you for your amazing services. I love it!

5 stars all the way around. I met the owner at a networking event and, since then,I have gotten my vaccine here, moved all my Rx here and just had my first optometrist appt here. Everyone has incredible service skills and are very knowledgeable and professional. I've been a Lexington community member my whole life and I HIGHLY recommend them over the competition?

EDIT. I just had to come back to say, the optometry team is freaking incredible. Best in the nation. Maybe the universe.

As a contact wearer, I hadn't bought a new pair of glasses in decades and was nervous about finding the right frames. The staff at My Optical was friendly, helpful and made the process easy. Cymira picked out several frames she thought would work for me, and then she and the other staff members helped me select frames that I am very happy with. When I went to pick them up, Kimberly took the time to make sure they fit properly and instruct me on how to correctly use my first pair of bifocals. Very pleased with the service and selection. Would highly recommend.

We purchased our glasses from them. My husband is extremely satisfied with getting his prescription lenses in the Costa sunglasses. The service was excellent. Kimberly was the associate that helped us. She was very mindful of what we needed and she was extremely helpful and provided exceptional service.
