The store itself is amazing. Great ambiance and vibes as you walk inside. The glasses selection is also amazing. The customer service is great! I had problems with my Cartier Glasses and they solved the problem with attention to detail, fixed my glasses better than I had them before. Highly recommend!!

Walked in based on a recommendation from another local optician, since they carried the Matsuda brand. I asked about tightening and potentially replacing the screws on my frames because they've been loose and were slipping off my face.

I met Hilda, who was very happy to help, was incredibly kind and swapped out the problem screw for me at no charge, even though I offered to pay for the service multiple times! She was also incredibly knowledgeable about my frames, even though I didn't purchase them there, and recognized them as being a discontinued model.

While I was waiting, I checked out their selection and they had a large variety of fantastic brands and different models for a variety of tastes, as well as different head and face shapes as well. I feel like many optical stores tend to focus on a subset, but they seemed to have a great range of products for sure!

I will definitely be back when I'm in the market for new frames in the future! It's in a very convenient and nice corner in SoHo!

I needed to fix my glasses as they were quite bent. I did not buy them from this shop, but thought they can help. The staff was super welcoming and kind to me. They helped me get my glasses in the best shape possible. They refused to take any money for this. It was a very nice experience:)

Great customer service. They are always happy to adjust frames at any time after you have purchased them. Today they also went the extra mile of adjusting some sunglasses which I had purchased from another store (that wouldn’t adjust them) - and with a smile.

Brought my sunglasses in because I lost the screw to connect the ear piece. They fixed it perfectly in 2 minutes and sent us on our way free of charge. Very kind people especially hannah
