I was even given a gift and a new case for my glasses that were fixed for free. They also have so many really good services to ensure that you get the highest quality glasses.

The staff specifically Mei and Tommy were exceptional! They were so helpful and I am in love with my vintage Dior frames!!!

I forgot to mention that I live in Harlem and made the journey just to work with Mei.

I always have a good experience here. The staff is excellent, and they have a great selection of frames. When buying a pair of sunglasses recently, I mentioned that I was going away the following week and they put a rush on the glasses but didn't even charge me for the extra cost of the rush order. I got the glasses even a day ahead of when predicted. Superb service. And they gave me a bottle of wine, too!

Hi Everyone,
I am a big fan of Milan Optique. My partner introduced me to the store about a year ago. I bought a pair of progressives with Tom Ford frames, two pairs of prescription reading glasses and a pair of Maui sun glasses. I worked closely with my guy Tommy selecting frames for the progressives. He was patient and gave me honest feedback with regards to what styles he thought would work well with my face and nose structure. Whenever I have had any issues with adjustments or small repairs he has always been there for me. Given the excellent help I received selecting glasses and the customer service after purchasing my glasses, I can't imagine going to any other store but Milan Optique. It's nice to know that there are still businesses that take pride in their products and sustained customer relations.

I could not find an eye glass store that would add my prescriptions into these vintage Gucci frames I found without charging me for a doctors fee, I literally had a doctors visit this year and I wanted a 2nd pair of eyeglasses. The pretty woman with the colorful hair and sleeve was very nice she was pleasant. I wanted transitional frames added in also, she suggested using my other frames because they were much larger and would better protect me from the Sun, she was honest not trying to up sell me. I would've done both! Great customer service from both sale associates the man also told me how to care for them etc tips and tricks very nice. I felt seen and cared for.
