Our first stop on our Boston vacation was at their High St. location because my husband had accidentally dropped his glasses and stepped on them, tweaking the frame badly. After cheerfully performing creative surgery on them, we were off on our sightseeing way. We can't thank the Lunette staff enough for salvaging our trip -top notch!!

The service level I received here was tremendous! When my first set of replacement Lindberg lenses -- I bought the original frame and lenses there ten years ago, in 2013 -- when my first set of replacement lenses didn't feel like they were giving me the improved vision they should have, the staff quickly arranged for a new eye appointment with their in-house optometrist, made some suggestions as to how the lenses could be adjusted, then provided a replacement set, without charge. Couple of weeks later, here I am, seeing like an eagle! Lindberg glasses are not cheap, of course -- but the service here exceeds even the quality of the glasses. Best investment in my eyes I ever made!

Sydney and Joe at the High Street location saved the day for us when a favorite pair of frames lost an arm. From the first phone call to the final sale, they were friendly, patient, and fabulous. This place has great frames and fantastic service. I have difficulty finding glasses due to my tiny face and very strong prescription, but the optician at Lunette pulled out a set of excellent frames for me to look at. She also had a great sense of aesthetics and was very skilled at evaluating which frames looked good on me. I highly recommend them.
