I rarely leave reviews but when I do. It’s due to a 5 star experience! Starting with Ms. Tanya greeting me & checking me in. Then Ms. Tya did my post-eye exam. & Mr. Chris being very patient with me while I chose a pair of frames, he walked me through what I am covered for and the price ranges (which I appreciated)! It can feel timid when it comes to asking for prices and what-not. Either way, I dread appointments. But there was nothing but smiles and I couldn’t help but to feel like I left with a couple new friends. I highly recommend this location, SPECIFICALLY. 🙂 thank you guys!!!!!!

I went in for my annual and had a great experience with everyone. My Dr. was very knowledgeable and helpful. Chris helped me with my glasses and sunglasses order. He was efficient and kind and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing him enjoy what he was doing. Thanks so much Chris and team!! I always have a great experience here and highly recommend.

We love the staff and the care provided at Look Optical! Our son is a patient here and we’re very pleased with everyone from the front desk staff to the technicians to the optics shop staff to the doctors. We highly recommend Look Optical!

This is my 2nd time here and both experiences have sucked. The first time we came in was back in Oct last year they let my 10 yr old daughter choose a pair of glasses on the "adult" side without warning us they wouldn't fit her face. We came to pick up her glasses and of course they didn't fit her face and told us we should of known by the numbers inside the frame... My experience today was much worse. I came in for a contact exam since i did my glasses exam back in October. Doctor Jessica S. gave me the exam. She talked to me very degrading when I asked about what kind of contacts she was ordering me, when I asked if I could qualify for lasik, when I asked about glasses they had and when I asked about my glasses prescription from October. She didnt explain anything and expected me know the "procedure" and everything about contacts. I felt like she rushed through my exam. When I mentioned my new prescription she said my old one (from a different place) might of been wrong. The customer service from her alone is HORRIBLE and I won't be coming back.
