Lesco Optical should have a slogan of “les is more” or something because these guys are great. Super friendly staff, the owner is amazingly kind. I do not have vision insurance and paid $130 for prescription Ray-Band sunglasses. I’ve paid $400 plus with insurance before so they are beyond great on price. Truly a hidden gem in Tucson that has been around for a long time. I will recommend them to anyone that asks me about my glasses and will never shop anywhere else again.

Went to see if they could fix my glasses. The saleswoman was very nice, well dressed and personable. The store was very nice and not cramped. She fixed my glasses, put new nose buds on, cleaned my glasses and refit them for me. All free. Love Lesco, been going to them and referring my mom, brother and sister to them for over 10-15 years.

I’ve been going to Lesco Optical at 4444 E Grant Rd in Tucson, since the mid 80’s and have had an absolute positive experience in ordering my glasses. If, I lost or broke a pair of my glasses, Kimberley has always been helpful in getting my glasses repaired or replaced expeditiously. I now order two to three pair of glasses (regular and sun) just in case I misplace them.
I have referred many people and they too are impressed with their glasses, customer service and their knowledge of various types of lenses, i.e. single, double, trifocals etc etc.

What friendly and competent staff. My husband was in search of the perfect frame for his new glasses and Arabella was the perfect person to help him. Their prices are so reasonable. What you would pay somewhere else for just the frame, you can get frame and lenses for the same price......
What was suppose to take 3 weeks only took 3 days. They fit comfortably and work great 😉

I have been shopping at Lesco for many years, as do my friends. I get 2 pair of new glasses every year. However my last visit left me unhappy w the fit of my glasses, i was hesitant to complain, i figured I just picked the wrong frame. When I did finally stop in to see if they could be adjusted to fit better, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Sergio. Well, how happy i now am as he said I had indeed picked a frame that wasn't a good fit and without hesitation offered to make me a new pair of glasses at no charge. That is integrity at its best and i couldn't be happier. Today I had a most pleasant experience with Miss Brittany, she is the best for making sure all the glasses i got fit perfectly. What a wonderful place to go for glasses. They care about their customers and make sure you are happy.

Great prices and selection of frames here. There was not a wait when I went in to choose frames. Britney was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick the right sized frames for my face. She also helped me when I came to pick up my glasses. Again, there was no wait. I got my glasses in 10 days, and that was including a Monday holiday. I will definitely return for more frames in the future when I need them.

The small things can tell you a lot about a business. I had a nose pad break off of my eyeglasses the day before I was to take a 7 day drive back home to Canada after the Tucson winter season. I drove past Lesco Optical and though they might be able to help me, although I am not one of their customers. Within minutes I had my glasses fixed, balanced and cleaned and at NO charge.Thank you Lesco Optical
