A friend referred me to this location for sunglasses since they have a great collection. The staff helped me find a pair and one for my boyfriend too, we absolutely love them! I am a little indecisive but they were so patient and were able to accommodate. They helped me look at all the color options so I could find the perfect fit. They also went over lens options with like the polarized lenses. Angie, Kat and Andrea were so welcoming and we will definitely go back to them next summer!

Very professional and courteous staff. This is my favorite place to get my eye exam done. They have up-to-date equipment, and the doctors are very thorough. There is no pressure to purchase a frame here. Clean and welcoming!

If you are looking for an eye doctor or glasses in LIC, this is the one!! I chose this place randomly because I thought the name was funny, but I honestly had the best eye appointment experience I have had in NYC.

- Making the appointment was so easy! I called the number on google maps and the receptionist was very kind and patient. I got a text confirmation about my appointment
- The storefront was professional and clean, and the best part was, it was not too overwhelming with too many options. I think my biggest problem with choosing glasses is having too many choices ? and I liked how this place has a good selection of quality brands.
- The doctor I saw was so awesome at explaining everything. I felt like I was at a science class, not a doctor’s appointment! I feel much more confident in understanding my own eyes. (I think her name was Lynn?)
- I was able to stay under my budget and the staff there were very understanding and was able to help me use my insurance to the fullest

I love the store, nice and clean. The store offers a wide range of frames and sunglasses. The doctor and staffs are very helpful and patient. If you are looking for good service and a nice pair of the glasses or sunglasses, this is the place.

I have been coming here to get my glasses adjusted for a few months. I am very sensitive to pressure on my head, which makes fitting glasses a challenge - they need to be tight enough to stay on but not so tight that they will give me a headache. So as a result I’ve come here many times for small adjustments. The staff has been wonderful - so patient and kind! They even took the time to look at and refit a pair of sunglasses that I’ve had for years but have never really fit right. Thank you L EYE C!

Saw Dr. Hu for a routine eye exam. I don't know many optometrists personally, but she's probably one of my favorites in NYC. She explained everything she was doing as she was doing it, didn't rush me when I had questions, and I liked her in-depth advice.
The rest of the staff was great too. They were chill and took the time to double check insurance details when I asked about some optional screening tests.
