The best experience I’ve ever had with an optometry office! I have worn glasses and contacts since I was 18 and I learned so much about my eye health with Dr.Vi, than I ever have in any other office. Ronnie was amazing at explaining procedures for my dry eyes and the medical assistant who takes you back for initial exams and testing was very warm and answered all your questions. The office was clean and private. Everyone really takes their time with you without feeling rushed.

Beautiful optometry office..Dr. Vi was awesome ... Ronnie is the optician I heard more information from her on my eyes and glasses that have ever heard in my life.. this experience is totally different from any other office out there. They just want a purchase in the sale. Not at this office...Not giving you the education and understanding why you're either getting contacts or glasses and what the difference is in lenses and coatings that are applied to glasses that certain people need for different situations
And the equipment in the pre-test area was more advanced I seen and I've been wearing glasses for over 20 years and contacts...

Every single person I came in contact with was so comforting and kind. From the gentleman running the pre tests, the doctor giving the final examination, and the sweet gal helping me pick out which frames looked best on me... it was such a great experience and I can confidently say I am not afraid of getting my eyes checked anymore! I had a great experience going there for my first time. I felt very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and polite. Dr. Vi is excellent and very thorough. The office equipment is super modern as well. I recommend this place 100%.

vi is amazing. I got a new prescription after years of not having an updated one & felt the strength was too much. Without hesitation she fitted me for a new prescription and checked all the boxes for me so I felt comfortable in my glasses/contacts. Been to many diff optometrist offices over the years and I can honestly say this one is the best I’ve been to! Thank you for providing the desert with a great office doctor!

Renee was amazing. He was understanding and patient with my daughter. However, my daughter was very nervous and she was crying and the doctor comes in and says “why are you crying”. She just wasn’t very patient with my young one. I work in healthcare and I know sometimes we have off days and maybe that was the issue, but it was our first impression. The office was very clean and everyone was nice, I just wouldn’t recommend this office for children. Their selection was very slim for kids. I got her two pairs of glasses somewhere else for less than half of what they were trying to get her into.

Dr. Vi Nguyen is an amazing eye doctor! She is professional, caring, personable, and efficient. She not only cares about your vision, but she cares about your eye health, and she does everything possible to support your vision journey in life. iSeeU Optometry - my appointment was a very pleasant experience.
From the call, with "Renee," to make my appointment and pre-testing.
Upon my arrival, being greeted by
"Ronnie," who also assisted with glass choices and check-out. Very helpful, kind and patient.
Dr. Nguyen was very professional, friendly, kind and knowledgeable.
Dr. Nguyen explained everything and showed monitor photos of my eyes so I could understand.
My entire experience was a "10" and I'll not only refer folks to go but my husband and I will definitely return with our eye care needs.
Thank you for getting me in so quickly!
I can't wait for the call to pick up my beautiful new glasses and see clearly again!
