Best optical ever and I went to so many. First of all best prices in the tristate area. Second of all very professional and customer service was wonderful. My fiancé brought me my cartier glasses from here and a pair for him self because the prices were so great.

They have great prices and Quality of frames.
Doing the covid-19 pandemic they came all the way to my house with a bunch of glasses to show us.

Posing from wife’s account: went in to have my eye exam, as it was the closest place that took my insurance. Their glasses frames, however, were WAY out of my price range. I asked for my script, the younger guy behind the counter quizzed me saying “are you planning to purchase your frames somewhere else?” & I felt so uncomfortable that I left. Told my wife when I got home, and luckily her uncle is an optometrist, and she knows the law:
You are supposed to be given a copy
Of your prescription Immediately upon completion, without even having to ask. You are never obligated to purchase anything from the place you don’t need him. This guy behind the counter tried to bully me, I in fact ended up calling once my wife told me this, and asked again for a copy of my prescription, to which he die repeated, “why do you want that are you trying to go somewhere else for your frames? We will give you your prescription when you come back for your frames” my wife looked up the rules and laws and acts just to confirm, but yes, these guys are running a racket and taking advantage of people who’s language is not English first (we live a block away, walk past every day many times, and know who the customer base usually is). Don’t give them your business. We again went back into the store the same day to retrieve the prescription, but had to threaten calling the insurance company and the medical board. These guys were going to charge my insurance for the eye exam, and never give me my prescription unless I purchased over priced frames from their front store. sleeeeezy, gross, cruel, unprofessional, and more. DONT GO HERE. We have filed a report w the BBB and medical board. I’ve never once written a review til now.
