I ordered two similar bot not identical magnetic "clip-on" sunglasses. The website said both items were in stock and would ship immediately. Then, a week later, I was informed that one was out of stock as was delaying the order. I cancelled the out of stock item, hoping to get the other one. The next week, I was informed that the OTHER one was also out of stock. Six weeks after my order, no progress on the order.

Old School

Man, I spent hours and hours looking for the right frame, I finally found it at Go-Optic. I ordered the frame and was so excited to receive them in 3 to 5 days. I placed the order, they charged my card, and then I had to go out for a few hours. I come home, and receive an email from them telling me they canceled my order because the item is not in stock. I can still Google that frame and it comes up at the top of Google searches at Go Optic. The kicker is, they tell me it might take 7 days to refund my card. No excuse - with today's technology, their website should be updated immediately when something is out of stock! I can go on right now and still add the same exact frame and pay for them, that's why I'm leaving a two-star review. Instead of Go-Optic I would Go-Elsewhere.

I ordered a pair of glasses because my insurance had frames I wanted but insisted I couldn’t buy directly from them so I found the exact same frames on go optic. It took a few days for the prescription because I originally clicked contact my doctor and it seems they never did so I had some time and got the prescription and emailed it to them. My glasses are on the way and it says estimated Monday 6/24. I hope this will go well and will update when revived. So far it seems like a normal eye glass company. And I did not read the reviews before buying so fingers crossed

Entries of five stars for this business are FALSE and created by friends and family. This online eyewear retailer has repeadedly failed to deliver goods and services to the public. The merchandise is mostly discontinued or falsely advertised as being "In Stock".

Most of their stock has to be ordered from the manufacturer and shipped to their facility via snail mail imposing a two to three week wait before they build and ship the goods to you, so their 1 - 5 business days turn around claim is false. You won't receive your order for over a month. In addition, they don't answer phones, they only communicate with chat and the language they use is intentionally vague and well rehearsed, never aknowledging the limited stock and long wait times. Other platforms available through their own website have pages and pages of bad reviews describing the same failures in providing a quality finished product, it's deceptive practicess, lack of communication, extreme delivery wait times and unfortunately, not refunding customers properly, if at all and charging inappropriately high restocking fees. I don't know if there's a no star option, but there should be. FYI, this business is not listed on the BBB website.

Ordered a pair of Spektre sunglasses on July 25, they shipped from the provider on August 7, and I received them in the mail on August 9 after purchasing USPS priority mail. They are a distributor and order products from suppliers, so they take longer than a vendor that keeps products in-house. If you can stifle your desire for instant gratification, you may find your order through this website worth the wait.

Absolutely horrendous service. Took two weeks to process my prescription. Within that time I called and left a voicemail inquiring as to the delay, and that voicemail was never acknowledged or returned. Then it took weeks to actually process and ship, and they blamed it on the fact that they're "not in stock" meaning they had to order it from the manufacturer. A month and I still don't have my glasses. Worst experience ever

Ordered 2 sets of glasses, paid extra for 1to3 day shipping. It has been 8 days and they are not shipped yet. I wish I had read the reviews before paying for speedy shipping.

I just got my glasses and they are exactly what I ordered and wanted. I placed the order on July 2nd and received them on July 17th. I was a little worried after reading the reviews but they had the frames I wanted so I gave it a try and am glad I did. They turned out great. I ordered transitional and progressive lenses and they are lovely.
