It’s always nice to have a Dr’s office to treat you like you actually matter, instead of just being a file. Their exams are thorough and they show you the condition of your eyes step by step. My doctor actually talks to me and is concerned about my personal life as well as offering recommendations for my optic health. Then when it’s time to select some glasses, the assistant always helps me select a great pair. There’s a reason why I’ve stayed with this office for over 10 years.

I have been going to Fig Garden Optometry for years & their staff is always welcoming & helpful. Since Dr Cole retired, I've had the pleasure of becoming Dr Jensen's patient. She is very knowledgeable & approachable & has provided me w/info about eye drops to help my allergies as well conditions I may face in the future & various options to deal with them. My only suggestion is that perhaps her staff can wear name tags. Both the technicians that administered my pre-exam tests & the one who assisted w/selecting & ordering my new glasses, were extremely friendly, & efficient. I just can't recall their names & I'd like to have mentioned them by name in my review. If they wore name tags (w/large font), I would've written down their names after they introduced themselves.

Debbie was very kind, highly knowledgeable, and super helpful. She presented and explained my insurance options, answered all my questions, and helped me pick out the coolest frames and lenses (which wasn’t easy considering how many stylish options they had). Dr. Jensen is professional and friendly. Her "chairside" manner is great. The technicians are super knowledgeable and efficient. The office staff is pleasant, welcoming and accommodating. Overall, not enough positive adjectives to describe my experience with this office.

I woke up this morning experiencing something with my vision I had never before. I called around 12:30 and left a message and had a call back within the hour. I was scheduled an appointment a few hours later and left with answers. I got the help that I needed quickly and efficiently. This is the 2nd time I have had this type of emergency service need and the rose to the occasion again. Our old big box office would have never accommodated our needs as well as Fig Garden Optometry. I appreciate the kind service, that they know my name, that the get me in and get me help when I need it most. I so grateful a friend referred me here several years ago. It’s totally worth the drive from Clovis. And to top it off, I’ve traveling the end of the week out of state. They told me if I didn’t get relief by the time I leave they’d get me in once again for further help. This office is beyond amazing when helping with the most precious gift of sight. Thank you!

Friendly, professional, efficient, and unparalleled expertise. I've worn glasses for over 60 years, and my first experience with Fig Garden was certainly the best I've ever had. Dr. Liao was very thoughtful and thorough, and the staff was kind and accomodating. Would highly recommend to anyone that needs a new prescription to call today!
