I went in for an eye exam 10.8.24. After explaining the lack of vision and rapid recent vision impairment and ghosting (double vision), and concern for cataracts, I was evaluated and given a prescription which I filled at Costco. 5 days later when I picked up my glasses, I was disappointed at the results and was urged to seek further care. I called Eyes of the World for an urgent visit. Eyes suggested that Costco made an error and they could see me in 2-3 weeks. I went to Anschutz Eye center the same day and was immediately scheduled for surgery since they discovered I had a detached retina. 2 weeks after surgery, I informed Eyes, however there's been no response. Clearly, my concerns or medical needs were not met and up to this point not even addressed.

In town for a very important event and found ourselves in a pickle regarding eyewear and prescriptions. The team here not only helped us but did so in lightning fast speed with amazing customer service. You saved our day and we are so thankful. Great job!

Such a great experience today! Everyone was so nice to me (even though I was late for my appointment). Also, post-exam Bailey helped me maximize my insurance coverage so I could get new glasses and contacts at the best price. She also helped me pick out my new frames and I felt like I had a friend helping me get the frames that would look cute and match my price point! I wish all healthcare professionals were like Eyes of the World. I plan to be patient for a long time. Thanks so much for the great care and experience today!

I showed up one minute past the window they provide after driving around trying to find a parking spot. Do not book this place if you work a full-time job. There is absolutely no flexibility and you'll waste a good chunk of your day. Much more customer-friendly eye places around.

I called ahead to the clinic to inform them of an emergency at work (I’m a Physician Assistant and had a patient have a major nosebleed in clinic requiring my attention). I explained that I was running behind for my appointment. Despite my efforts, when I arrived just one minute past the ten minute window they said they could see me in, the receptionist said they could not see me. She made no attempt to ask the provider if they would be willing to see me. Their inflexibility and unwillingness to accommodate an extenuating circumstance left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. It's disheartening to see a lack of empathy and understanding from another healthcare provider.
