Had a great experience buying a pair of glasses here a couple years ago. Kenny helped me and was able to help me find glasses suitable for my face shape and size - better than other stores I've been to.
Since then I've came back in a handful of times and the staff has been super friendly each time! Just recently I hopped in and Fernando helped repair a small issue on my glasses and proceeded to clean my glasses! I always feel welcomed there.

Went to this place last month looking for an specific shape of glasses and I left with two pairs for an amazing price. If you go there, look for Fernando! He was very patient and took his time to look for similar shaped glasses and even different ones in case I wanted to try something new. They have a lot of variety and they are very nice, they make sure customers leave happy with their choice 🙂

First-time customer, so impressed that I already got two pairs. Ting was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in guiding me through their great selection. They work a lot with different brands and insurance, so you don't have to wait around to contact the provider for information—it's all readily available. I initially went to Cohen's and was quoted $850 for a pair of prescribed Maui Jim's sunglasses. They said the frame would cost $350 after insurance (with an MSRP of $600), and an additional $500 for the lenses, claiming they needed to send the prescription to Maui Jim's lab, which my insurance wouldn't cover. However, when I checked with Eye Genius, my insurance covered all the lenses expenses and they were able to place the same order for me for $350! Never been to a place this nice before. Will keep coming back. Highly recommended.

Super friendly!
My glasses broke in the middle of vacation and i was happy to find out that they had an eyewear store in China town. Their display and interior were very open and modern and the guy that helped me with my glasses was very friendly and even gave me a wipe for my glasses.
Would definitely recommend them ?

They hard sell the Shamir Israel brand. Being in Chinatown, you would think they have more Asian customers and would have something better suit for Asians, but no. They don't have Hoya lenses, which are better designed for Asians. They also don't have too many frames from Asia that fit Asians' facial features better.
