This 5-star review is long overdue. Eye care vision optical pro is a special place. My sister found him, based on reviews and he fixed a problem she had on long drives where only one eye would focus. She had this problem for several years. Then he fixed a problem my other sister had with new glasses from a high-priced Oak Brook optician that gave her difficulty walking down stairs. He immediately knew both solutions. We’ve gone in with broken glasses that he temporarily fixed while we waited and permanently fixed with a replacement lens 5 days later. The best part of doing business here is that I always feel welcomed and important and he always makes me smile. I trust him so much that I will never set foot in another optical shop.

The BEST place to get glasses! The owner is a very friendly man who is the epitome of professionalism and customer service. It became evident to me very quickly upon entering his shop that he is not completely satisfied until he knows his customers are. He found me the perfect frames and got me all the lens treatments I could dream of for a fantastic price. I won’t go anywhere else for glasses.

Can’t say how great this place is! The absolute best and friendliest customer service ever! Had a pair of glasses break the morning of my sisters wedding and needed replacement ASAP, he had us in and out within 1.5 hrs with brand new custom frames and lenses, silhouette brand. I’m not from the area but if I need something to do with optical and I’m close by, that’s where I’ll be headed. ?

I am so grateful to this eye care shop for helping me in a unfair situation. I can see with my new glasses, able to wear them to my retirement party today, and my designer fashion glasses look great on me. Got a lot of compliments and really appreciate your help, time, which was completed within two hours, without any problems . We had a very pleasant experience when we visited this shop to get spectacles repaired.

The gentleman was very efficient and got the spectacles repaired in just 5 minutes.

Apart from being efficient in his work, he was very friendly and we had a nice feeling visiting this shop.
