Toke my glasses in there to get them fitted mind you I bought these sunglasses there and they were fairly expensive.

After the tech worked on them for 27 minutes, they were worse shape then when I brought them in and then she told me she deep clean them and they were streaks all over them.

I have purchased many pairs of glasses from here over the past few years. I love their unique and beautiful selection. I lost my glasses on vacation, a pair that I bought from them. I explained the situation that I don’t wear contacts and need new glasses ASAP. I was told that it would be 2 weeks. When I asked why she said that there was a sale on and there were a bunch of people ahead of me. I asked if it was possible since this was urgent to get them sooner. She responded that everyone would want it rushed and we would end up with a two week wait again. When I said that I won’t be buying glasses from her this time because I really can’t wait she got offended and said that I won’t be able to find people to do it faster (I did). She really didn’t understand the urgency of having to live without glasses for that long. I had been a loyal customer and had referred many friends here. It’s disappointing that europtics won’t take care of its recurring clientele in an emergency. I’ve taken my money elsewhere.

I had a great experience at Europtics even though I’m not a regular customer and it’s all because of Azra who works there. Europtics is close to my work and I stopped by the other day with my broken glasses, and she put a new screw in, aligned them, and cleaned them for me. The whole time she was just so friendly and engaging in conversation which is so rare to me these days. She treated me like I’ve been going there for years. I was so appreciative and grateful for her. I will definitely go back to purchase a new pair of glasses or sunglasses as Azra is working there. She’s truly amazing!

I can't say enough about my fantastic experience at Europtics in Cherry Creek! Brittany has been an incredible resource, helping me choose eyewear that is not only aesthetically stunning but truly fits my personality. From Matsuda, Sospiri, to Cartier, I'm absolutely in love with every pair I've picked out. Brittany's attention to detail and expertise made the entire process enjoyable.

I also want to give a huge shoutout to Topher—he went above and beyond! I was looking for a pair of Tom Ford glasses that were no longer in stock, and after tons of research, he tracked them down for me. I honestly thought I'd never see them again, so mad props to him and the entire team!

After attending the recent Theo trunk show, I have even more items on my wishlist. Europtics is truly making glasses cool to wear, and I can't wait for my next purchase!
