So glad I chose to shop with Direct Optical. I was in desperate need of new glasses since it has been a couple years and Direct Optical was able to schedule me for an exam that week! I love the large selection of frames they have to choose from. I had the pleasure of working directly with Faith who is wonderful. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend working with Direct Optical.

I don’t normally make reviews but I had such a great experience that I feel it should be shared. Especially since these days it’s hard to get quality service anywhere and I had a few bad experiences prior to calling direct optical. The manager took my call - she was extremely kind and professional. She got my insurance info on file and scheduled my appt same day! Upon arrival, I was greeted by Faith who was ready and happy to assist me. The doctor who performed my exam was also very kind and professional. After my exam, Faith asked a few key questions about my eyeglass preferences and in about 5 minutes had at least a dozen options ready for me to try. She was on point with her selections too. Faith’s upbeat, funny and sweet personality made my experience better than expected. I was on a lunch break from work doing all of this but the entire team had me in and out within 45 minutes and a new pair of glasses being made for me to pick up later today! Thank you for providing such fast, efficient and professional service. I will be back! ?

Went for some new glasses to my favorite place and had the awesome help of Alex in finding TWO perfect pairs! I’m so excited to try them as transitions. Doctor and staff were super friendly, I will always come back. Highly recommend!!

I have been coming here for 5 years for my eye exams and eye glasses. I love the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. The doctor really listens to me and my prescription is perfect.
The owner, staff, and doctors are very warm and welcoming and are great at recommending frames to elevate your look.

This is my first year going to Direct optical. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Faith who has such a beautiful soul. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses as a special gift to myself. Faith made recommendations that I at first were skeptical of but when I say she was right “she was right” her training lead me to making the best decision for my eyes and style. My glasses came out perfect and I love them. Direct Optical went above and beyond for my order. They have a much better selection than some of the surrounding optical businesses. They have also made me a returning customer and I will be returning every year from now on. Ask for Faith she will get you together!

Once again, I’ve had a great experience at Direct Optical. The staff here is so professional, knowledgeable, and just all around helpful in guiding customers through their frame selection. I broke my glasses and was planning to get an eye exam and buy some glasses that I found online.
I was helped by Faith. When she saw me looking at glasses. I showed her a photo of the very colorful glasses I wanted and told her she wouldn't find it there, but she said she would look while I had my exam. The doctor who did my exam was very friendly and answered all of the questions that I had.
When I came out, Faith had found almost the exact glasses I was looking for! She also checked with my insurance and found out I was covered for a second pair!
She had gotten my second pair ready while I was paying the bill.
I was flabbergasted at how well she did with choosing glasses that I loved while providing exceptional service and getting it done right away without me ever feeling rushed! I couldn't say enough how incredibly impressed I was with her service!
They got me in within hours of my 9a call and even sent me home with a new pair of glasses!
Will definitely return again.
