I have low income health insurance and was a bit insecure about coming here because of location. Usually a lot of places in the city treat you a certain way based off of how you look or because of your perceived income, I was nervous especially as a black woman. When I entered the lovely lady at the desk was extremely welcoming and informative! I get there at 4:00 pm and was out by 4:35. The manager, optometrist and secretary was so helpful, welcoming and warm! It was an easy experience and it made waiting to get my glasses seem so extremely foolish if I knew it would be this easy. I genuinely love good experiences like this because it encourages me to take care of myself more! Thank you so much !

Great experience- women behind the counter were pleasant and efficient at getting my paperwork in order to get ready to see Dr. I was tested for everything the Dr. would need to review. Dr. was pleasant and explained things clearly and easy to understand. Highly recommend this eye care store.

I was directed here through zocdoc because they accepted my coverage.
Went in to learn more about the current state of my eye and wound up having a whole exam and somewhat of a full-on lesson about the eye's function and exactly what my eye may be reacting to. I was thoroughly examined and was also taken step by step through how to apply the solution I was given. Wonderful experience overall and left with knowledge to clear my mind, thank you ?‍↕️?

We went for an emergency and the Dr. Was very knowledgeable and related well to my daughter and gave us excellent instructions. I would go back for routine checks.Its a nice place and glad to find someone local on our plan
