To start it’s located in Pilsen, super convenient! Steps from downtown Chicago!!
Customer service here is beyond professional and welcoming. My favorite part was picking the frames, Mayra went above and beyond to help my Mother, my husband and myself to find the perfect frame. Mayra provided us with expert knowledge of how each frame would work when taking into consideration our day to day, and our prescriptions.
Vanessa, Rudy and I can’t leave out Dr Magallanes, they were beyond patient, helpful, and respectful when dealing with my entire family .
Big kudos to this wonderful team! I will definitely recommend and will be back for future needs.

Service was excellent. I called to book a last minute appointment and they were very accommodating. Dr. Magallanes was great, answered all my questions and made relevant recommendations. Loved the glasses selection as well.

We had a 4 pm appointment for regular eye check-up. We parked our car and showed up at 4 pm. The employee lady then comes up to us and says due to some other customer, we would now have to wait an hour to be seen. We drove there and paid for parking and than they tell us this. We left. Very unprofessional. They lost a customer.
