Totalmente inconforme con el servicio en este lugar. Lo único bueno, la doctora. Lo demás es un abuso. Me sentí abusada en mis derechos de obtener un buen servicio ya que no me lo dan si no pago un extra examen ( QUE NO NECESITO) $39 adicionales . Al cual lo obligan a tomar.
Segundo me obligan a probar un par de lentes de contacto, solo por pedir la fórmula ( LOS CUALES NO PEDÍ) $80 adicionales , nuevamente NO LOS QUERÍA PERO ME OBLIGAN A HACERLO, de lo contrario NO ME DAN LA FÓRMULA!!!!

En resumen: abusan del cliente y cobran al cliente + lo que cobran al seguro .

Definitivamente solo por necesidad debí aceptar un servicio que no quise.

Our visit began with greetings from friendly faces at the front desk. The doctor’s assistant, Design, was great with the kids and helped them know what to expect with each of the machines and as he guided them to complete the tests. Dr. Lianne Chuck was attentive to detail. It was a wonderful experience overall and it was great to get their eye exams done during the summer time without a long wait.

I had such an AMAZING experience with Desyne. His customer service was ABSOLUTELY ADMIRABLE. He made me feel so welcomed and made sure that I was comfortable. He explained and made sure that I understood of every test that was given beforehand. His conversations were enjoyable and I told him, your parents have done an amazing job with raising you. I wish I could give him a million stars. Five is not enough but he definitely deserved each one. Smart young man and was just an absolute joy to talk to today.

Amazing Customer Service!! From when I first walked in until I left. The gentleman named Design took really good care of me starting out with all the pre-exams and just made the experience fun with great conversation and explanation of everything. The doctor was great with listening and examining things that I was concerned about. Overall great customer service in the office today. I’ve been associated with this group since around 2018 and overall 10/10 definitely recommend!!!

The best eye exam experience that I ever had. Dr.Corbett is an outstanding doctor who is knowledgeable and listens to patients. She takes great care and goes to details literally. All the staffs are helpful, knowledgeable and nice. I would like to call out one amongst them and that is Forest. I have never met someone who is so thorough in their work while attending the customers. He can be an extraordinary resource for any organisation that he will work for. He made the overall experience of getting our ( me and my wife) glasses so good and convenient. We knew what we are going to get and every minute detail associated with that. Never felt so informed after talking to a staff anywhere. Highly recommend this place if you need an eye exam or glass/ lenses.

Excellent service on the exam side. Dr. explained everything in detail. Felt like a real doctor's visit. Not a take my money for glasses feeling. I felt cared for and like she cared about my current and future optical health.

Sales people for the frames were attentive and what you would expect. Very friendly service though. Great selection of glasses too. I mean a LOT of inventory. You'll find what you want.

I have been coming here for years, the service is always great! Desyne was amazing! He explained every test that we were doing and answered any questions I had. He was even patient with me during the one test that blows the air out (I always start blinking a lot when it comes time for that test).
