This was a great find they have unusual glasses to pick from but the nicest guys. I had a few issues and they went out of their way to help me for the last few months . They were determined to figure out my problem, which they did. I appreciate all the help that they gave me. This is a great place. I would recommend it to anyone to go to get new glasses. I've been coming to Anthony Aiden since 2015. He and his staff have always taken fantastic care of me - and their selection is of course second-to-none - but it wasn't until today that I realized just how exceptional their customer service really is.

I came in to get my regular eye exam at AAO about a month ago. I decided to try something different this year by buying vintage frames and filling lenses elsewhere. I went to pick up the completed pair, and they were great! I just couldn't see out of them 🙁 it turned out that the prescription I had given the vendor didn't match the pair of glasses I was wearing. That didn't make sense as in this year's eye exam, my prescription hadn't changed.

I called AAO, brought the glasses in, and after some digging, the mystery was solved: my prescription had been adjusted 3 years earlier and this was the first time I had filled new lenses with it, hence it "not changing".

Here's the kicker: AAO agreed to redo the lenses given what happened 3 YEARS AGO - which can't be definitively called a mistake, because maybe my eyesight was better then and worse now, maybe not - and then the focal point was off in the initial redo so they redid them again. And didn't charge me.

Yes, it's pricey but damn, service like this just doesn't exist anymore. And the quality is always outstanding.

Pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism, ease of making an appointment online. thoroughness of the eye exam, and eyeglass selection. I have used many other opticians from Myoptics to Cohen over many years, but this experience was by far the best.They met or exceeded every commitment from appointment time, detailed eye exam with recommendations on what should be further explored and why, to the final delivery of eyeglasses and follow-up.

Anthony was able to source the almost impossible - replacement parts for limited edition and long sold out JMM Borodino frames that broke after an unlucky fall. Excellent job!

Fast, friendly and efficient service. Needed a new contact lens prescription. Was able to secure a Dr. appointment fast. Reasonable pricing (paid out of pocket, no insurance). Contact lenses arrived fast and got notification for pickup. Would recommend others to go when you are in a bind or need a regular Dr. for eye exam / prescriptions. They do not do special eye testing (Glaucoma) but can give referral. Dr. Jeremy Du was wonderful and guided me along the way during the exam. Brandon and Austin [associates at the main counter] were very nice and friendly as well. [Disclaimer: Have not gotten spectacles/frames from them, not sure quality or price, so proceed at own research].

Hard to comprehend that this shop has rating 4.9. I will never recommend if someone is going for powered glasses. I am really scammed by the quality of glass and also fitting of my frame. I had to visit place 4 times and still not satisfied. You will get better place than this.
